Its a wonder to know that most businesses fold up in a very short time after start up, and you begin to ponder on where they could have gotten it wrong. Don’t be surprised that the same business will never attend to you in good time when you patronize them, their sales attendant will speak to you rudely, and they will sell outdated products to you, when you call their phone contact, they will shout at you and ask what do you want? Now tell me, will you patronize that shop another time when you need their services, you will rather go to the business that appreciates you, attends to your need in good time, offer good after-sales services. You know what happens to the business you decide not to patronize, they begin to die little by little until they are finally dead and you see them no more. That is now where you come in as a CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT. You offer them the service on how they can improve their revenue or income generation through adequate customer service practices. Businesses are meant to grow and not dwindle in the in-flow of their income, but the irony of the situation is that they never put this into consideration, thinking as the customers flow in day by day, the income flows in as well. But that seems not be the genuine case, as unsatisfied customers will take their money elsewhere, while new customers will come in, but do you know the unsatisfied customer that took his money to another business has directly, not indirectly, reduced the actual revenue that business should have realized. So your work as a CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT is to help them develop strategies to retain their customers and on the long run improve in their revenue generation. They will pay you massively for this and the fun is that you charge your clients based on the size of their organization. I personally charge my clients between N10, 000 – N25, 000, but that could be different in your case depending on your location and the way you present your self. You don't need much to start this business, just get a good proposal written and get information about customer care practices. You are good to go, your targets are the businesses around you and beyond. With this, you won't live a moment of your life in want again, as clients will begin to CONSULT with you over the years to help them develop new strategies for the growth of their business @Get MORE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANCY HERE on www.teamcrea8.com |

My SMS Content was written by me 100%. Just be sure to sit down, do your home work and impact positively. You may have written the above content, but the way it is aligned to the left shows signs of it being copied from a web interface. That web interface could be yours. All I was saying is don't be hasty and be sure of what you are doing before you do it because careless actions like yours could be misconstrued. Thanks. I am out. |
