Don't be faster than ur shadow else ur shadow will start hunting u.
Have fun with others.

Some of these questions are very irrelevant and uncalled for and can piss one off.

I won't be surprised if at d rate u r going u clash with somebody.
If u want to know how a certain food is prepared or something like that, ask like others.

I'm sure u r younger than the last born in d family of these folks so respect is in order.

How are you dear. How's the journey going? Kpele.

Avocado is used for facial cleanSing
lime used for bleaching
cucumber etc. Since they are used for cleansing, should we say they are not meant to be eaten?

Those fruits are not MAINLY meant for those body products unlike palm oil. What is the name of your village? Sorry for being personal about it. I am just curious to know.

It is one of the few fatty fruits in existence, it’s likely to hold a substantial place in the human diet and is the second most consumed vegetable oil in the world. It is different from other plant and animal oils in its fatty acid composition (50% saturated, 40% unsaturated, and 10% polyunsaturated) in that it does NOT promote atherosclerosis or arterial thrombosis.

Where coconut oil has around 90% MCFA’s (fat your body can easily burn for energy) palm oil only contains around 50% MCFA’s.

My dear, the health benefits of palm oil include reduced risk of a variety of disease processes including:

Alzheimer’s disease
Arterial thrombosis
Atherosclerosis
Cancer
Cataracts
Cognitive impairment
Macular degeneration
Platelet aggregation (blood clotting)
Hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol levels)
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Vitamin A deficiency

It has more Vitamin A, E than Any Other Plant-Based Oil.
So YES palm oil is very healthy and will encourage anyone to include it in their diet.

I disagree because olive oil seems to be the best not palm oil. I heard it doesn't usually smell good.

When my kids have cough,i don't bother giving them cough syrup,i just warm my palm oil and give them warm two teaspoons of palm oil and voila, after a day they won't cough.

I told so many mums at school and they all use it,even white mums....i buy for them.
When my brother swallowed batterie powder,he was given palm oil and that saved his life.

I always put two table spoon in my soup, always.

Very interesting! Why is the Nigerian medical researchers not using it in their researches? I doubt it really does what you say.
