These people keep on constantly adapting and changing to new tactics every time you think its over. Now after the amnesty offer to alshabaab members, sleeper cells have been disrupted around Kenya and now they are shifting tacticts
They started as insurgency in Somalia, then they went to guerrilla, now they are going full scale unconventional

I have just said up there that, on that airstrike, it was the first time it was said Kenya had shared intelligence with US on the wherebouts of the guy before the airstrike.
If the Somalis were so good don't you think they would be be having enough intel to prevent all the attacks happening in Mogadishu alone(the seat of the government) leave alone having intel for operatives in the interior of Somali then giving it to the US for airstrikes.
Do you know that KDF military intelligence is resposible for gathering all intelligence in Southern Somalia and coordinating all intelligence in the whole AMISOM structure?

Yes we have not captured or killed some of our most wanted in Somalia, but to say that we completely don't have any intel on thier whereabouts is alittle bit un-informed

But SAAF has a fighter capability which can be deployed if needed as seen during the world cup, CAR incident and Madiba's funeral.

Training and missions like boarder surveillance.

your saying gripens were deployed in CAR ?

Though it is alleged they flew into CAR.
