Any gynaecologist in the house?. A friend of mine had an incomplete abortion in 2013 but was told by the doctor that it will wipe out with time. In october 2014, she stopped having her menstrual cycle for some months and later went to the doctor to run a lab test and the lab test shows no infection so the doctor conducted a scan and discovered that that remaining fluid is still there and that it is the cause of the sudden seizure of her menstrual flow but said that it cannot flushed out unless she get pregnant again because according to him{doctor} the womb is closed and will need to be open so as to flush it out. She took in march 2015 and went back to the doctor but was told that the D&C will not be performed again. The doctor told her that her body will no longer withstand the D&C and that she have to deliver. She has been terribly sick and have been having serious pains. She's 7wks now and really want to do the evacuation before it's too late. She intentionally took in so as to solve her problem as suggested by the doctor but that same doctor is saying otherwise now. Sometimes she finds it hard to stand and work due to the pains and sometimes hard to even lie down letalone sleeping. She's afraid her health status will get worst with time and will want to evacuate it soon. Any help from an experienced gynaecologist?. You can also reply via email: charlie_190@yahoo.com.

she don't know any other person and other two doctors she met are not willing to help. They said they don't want to get involve and one of them said the foetus is not in good position. And the other one said there is hole in her womb after inserting one long thing that looks like a pregnancy test kit but this one is longer. Though they said her womb is ok around january and february that she had a scan before taking in in march but i wonder why one of said there is hole in her womb now.

If she had an incomplete abortion then,she should have done an evacuation then.
She should go and see another doctor(not just any doctor but a gynaecologist).

They are quacks. Where she dey find all those doctors sef?
Anyway, she should go to a good teaching hospital for consultation. That same doctor that inserted something inside her was it before or after the pain started? Did she take any med to induce abortion?
Anyway, she should go see a doctor in a reputable teaching hospital. No delay and she should not be ashamed to tell tge whole story as it happened.

Any gynaecologist here. She told me this morning that she can't squirt to urinate. She tried to urinate but it was painful, i had to take her to a midwife nurse. She can't even wash her inside body if she manage to bath.

I wonder why she is bent on seeing an online doc. She needs physical examination. She shld go to the hospital asap. What is she scared of? This is her life we r talking abt here. Hmmmmn...

thanks for ur suggestion. I guess the doctor claimed to be jack of all trade here and it's because he runs a maternity home in his hospital too so as a result of that he felt he can also do the work of gynaecologist. Pls do u know any good and experienced gynaecologist?

Stop all these online consultations and go to a proper hospital..

I had this issue last year. I was given antibiotics for a week hoping it will clear it out. Went back to the hospital a wk after and RPOC was still seen in the scan an Evacuation was conducted immediately.

but in my friend's case the doctor told her not to worry that as she continue to see her period that the remaining one will be gradually flowing out with her monthly visitor but it never happened like that instead it even caused her cycle to cease. This thing happened around middle of 2013 and her cycle ceased in october 2014. When she told the doctor he started giving her drugs to induce her monthly and told her that it can only be evacuated if she get pregnant again otherwise she will go for surgery and now she's pregnant the same doctor is telling her that it's not going to be possible again. @op, stop all these "she said, she said" and go to a reputable hospital to see a qualify gyneacologist who will run a test on you and find out what is really happening, and then treat you accordingly. This is your life at stake here. There's little you can achieve online, go out and find medical solution to your medical problem. Life no get duplicate o.


I often wonder why some people don't take their health serious!

I still need ur help. We have gone to about two hospital but they refuse to do anything after carrying out ultrasound. They said the first doctor have really messed everything up from the begining by ignoring the fluid in her womb after the initial incomplete D&C and by also suggesting another pregnancy when the previous one is yet to be completed. They said with the pains she is passing through now that her body cannot withstand any D&C now or any drug to induce miscarriage. She can't even stand up now, we have to carry her to a vehicle before taking her to the hospital.

So the hospital sent her away to go and do what? As in do what Please you guys should leave those one room clinics you've been going to and go to a real hospital!

I'm not a Doctor or an health worker, but I doubt if someone can get pregnant while:

1) having RPOC in her womb
2) not having her AF cause that means no ovulation

If however she managed to get pregnant she should count herself lucky.

My advice is this do all you can to carry this baby to term even if you don't have any income and you're 18yrs old.
