Instead of arguing with facts , some people are just citing needless example

The fact dat some one did wrong and got away with it does not make it right.

The fact that OBJ chnaged his title from Gen to Chief without him being castigated does not make it right.

The lawyer madee some valid points that cannot be brushed away by the wave of hand.

If you think the lawyer is wrong, counteract his point by bringing up a better line of argument.
