Mama's in d house, pls if AF starts around 10pm in d night is dat considered as cd1 or d next day cd1... Also is a 26days cycle okay or considered a LPD ... When ever I use progesterone I have a 28days cycle but without d progesterone it is a 26days cycle.... |

@Ayaayo..I'm not sure I know what happens to aya milk wen frozen..mine had coconut in it and freezing changed its consistency..I couldn't enjoy it..but I'm thinking freezing urs shkdnt do any harm since its dates and tiger nut.. @mamakendra..seems u haven't tried chewing dates to know dt d seeds are a no go area ..infact after removing the seeds u soak the dates in clean drinking water for abt an hr dt u can subsequently use in blending for ease..so sorry @Ayakaanoh..mama n LO are doing fine we thank God..hope ure fine too..thanks for asking..lots of love.. Night night lovely mamas.. |

Jennygurl: Hi Jennygurl, il consider it as cd1 if you needed a pad i.e. if the flow was normal not spotting. If spotting then count the next day as cd1 but note the day of spotting.... Do you knw when you ovulate? Cos a LP of 13/14 days IMO is normal so if u ovulated on cd12 with a LP of 14 days you'd have a 26days cycle. I'd only think you have a LPD if you O mayb cd17 and still have a 26days cycle. Hope this helps hun |

@iOmoge, thank you jare my sister, i am doing everything on my own, it's just frustrating when you can't share and discuss such with one's dh. @Hafsat24, thanks, it turned out well frozen. @Apple19 correct cycle buddy, i am uneasy with ur silence feels like when a 2 year old is quiet in the house u can almost tell some mischief is going on. @Jennygurl my "April' cycle was the same i moved CD1 to the next day, for all my calculation that month, i did +/-1 just to be on the safe side. @ALL using BBT (Body Basal Temperature, shout out to @Finekunlex) and all other opks please check out this website http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/ it has a lot of tools that are very useful and helpful in timing O 3 Likes 1 Share |

Allureia: honeypie is this you cos i see her footprints all over you !!! is this your rebranded 'protocol modus operandi' i dont understand why you need people to 'thank' you and i have gone through all your posts and i cannot see anything you've posted that is rocket science or out of the ordinary if you want to drop info here to help others, just do so and move on abeg. I dont understand all these your long tory!! ki la gbe, ki lo ju why do emphasize on people thanking you/giving you credit or clicking 'likes' nansense. are you God i also researched well even before i was ready to even start having babies and i have dropped as much info as i can here on what i know which i know will be beneficial to a lot of ladies on what i know without expecting any praise from anyone so i dont understand what so special about the 'work' you want to do here. pls dont abuse the vulnerability of the beautiful ladies here. 13 Likes 1 Share |

helovesme:Hello dear. I haven't gone yet. dh is quite busy at the moment, so no spare time yet to spend as much time as necessary in Kano to get answers. Besides, af might show her ugly face any day now. It's just unfortunate that from our google search we couldn't get a number or an email address. How are you, Lo and dh doing? Thanks for the info |

helovesme:My dear, I'm not being negative, trying to stay positive even though all the signs are there. I intentionally stopped counting my cd after ovulation in order for me not to get hypertension whenever the time is near and I'm either undergoing pms or not. Even told dh to get me test kit when coming back from work today. I've decided to test every cd 21 (serum) and cd 24 (urine) according to the gyneacologist in this forum. Whether devil like am or not one must turn out positive. I don't know my cd for now sha. I even refused to look at any calendar in order for my mind not to do any amebo calculation. lol I don't know anyone in Kano but I must visit the hospital before cd21 of my next cycle (that's assuming i'm going to have it) incase I have to do hsg. Thanks dear |

cymanu2001: @ Cymanu2001 , PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome @ Shat01, I still insist you go and see a good Gynaecologist. A friend of mine with pcos got pregnant with twins. Your doctor should examine you and give you the best regimen to follow. If you aren't comfortable with the one you have been seeing, you can make enquiries and switch doctors. Cheers babe!!! N/B:- Some friends of mine with pcos have been fortunate in getting pregnant just by being with a good Gynaecologist and following his prescription. I suggest you do the same. 1 Like |

Pls I need a quick response Af was delayed for 3 days, opk showed bfp and hpt showed bfn and I didn't drive all through my 2ww but unfortunately dh travelled and I had to drive to work and in the afternoon of the day I drove, I started having brown discharge so I quickly went and did serum test which came out negative and that evening af showed up but it came with severe headache, sore throat, cough and sneezing, I self medicated on panadol advance for 3 days but it didn't worked and I went to the hospital yesterday and d doctor ran a malaria test which was positive and he gave me erythromycin, malaria drug, diclofenac, ferrodan, cough syrup and somtin for sore throat but as soon as I took the drugs I felt nauseated and uneasy and when I got home I noticed I bled a little which was quiet unusual cos af stopped 3days back and today again I saw same thing and my hunger level has been unbearable and unlike me I had to eat again few minutes to close of work and my colleague asked if I were pregnant that am usually not hungry after lunch and in less than 4 hours after eating a very heavy food I feel like I might faint if I don't eat now and my question now is if I should continue with d malaria drug and antibiotics or just put it on hold for a while? Can malaria drug cos a bright red spotting? Or is it the erythromycin? |
