@ Phema, please which of this consent forms did you use, was it the DS-11 09-2013 or DS-3053 08-2013. Also for those that notarized theirs in Nigeria, which of the forms did you use? |

zeezahbee: @Poster,The bolded is false. And you should stop making authoritative statements on topics you haven't fully researched. You are already sounding like a supreme court judge here, yet this is actually a matter that the supreme court has not RULED on because no litigant has followed through with it. Those who wanted to argue it in court against Mccain even pulled back because its a futile exercise. 1. Mccain was born in Panama, he ran against Obama in 2008. 2. Barry Goldwater was born in the Arizona territory before it was a state,he ran in 1909. 3.Mitt Romney’s father, George, ran for president in 1968, though he was born in Mexico. 4. Like @Amother4life told you Ted cruz was born in Calgary canada,he is running in 2015. All of them have found their defense in the congressional act of 1790 which states that: “And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens.” Thats one of the solutions for the Section 1, Article II of the U.S. Constitution that you quoted. Another congressional act in 1795 issued a similar assurance, though it changed the language from “natural born citizen” to “citizen.”But the State Department clarifies the issue, saying that the 1790 language is honored under section 301(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. A child can be born in Sambisa Forest as far as he has either parents as american citizens he will be fine. This issue of "natural born citizen" is mere controversy and there are plans to amend the constitution to clarify this confusion. If you need sources and textbooks on this matter,i will oblige you. I hereby rest my case. 20 Likes 5 Shares |

Hello House, I am due to travel in a few weeks but i want my mum to come with my toddler sometime in August. I hear we (hubby and i) have to do a consent letter for her to hold authorising her to bring my daughter. Does anyone have experience with this? Pls let me know what details the letter should contain if you do. Thanks. |

nefertitiram:Actual Obama earns more but in a justified way. He earns like $224 per hr. his wife only get $10000 per yr. read my visual link. Obama net worth after leaving office is gonna be $14m. Although he gives a lot to charity. Anyways there's nothing like being president in naija. I need just 3 oil well http://visualeconomics.creditloan.com/the-presidential-paycheck-where-obama-gets-his-money/ 1 Like |

zeezahbee: It's not a question of winning, but rather of eligibility. Whether you are eligible to vie is a question that is addressed at the very beginning, not when you win. Also, like Tvegas mentioned, if you're not sure about something, then I'm not sure why you feel so compelled to come on here and want to sound like an authority. It's especially annoying when you make it seem like you know everything and that your position is always the correct one, based on what you recently stated to be "based on your experience"- This, coming from someone who has been in the US for less than a year, and on an F1 visa to boot. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

Tvegas:conflict of laws is simply the issue in this case because you have sighted an authority and she also sighted an authority, I re,dont know much about the u.s laws but on this controversial issue I will try to do an extended research. |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 2 by Nobody: 3:10pm On May 20, 2015 |
Whites:I think you should take a chill pill because both posters sighted authorities to back up whatever they said and according to the law no authority is false, an authority can only be amended and that is why we have the clause "as amended " in law 1 Like |

nefertitiram:he has to denounce his U.S. Citizenship and return the passport to become Nigerian President. Your son being born in the U.S. rules out his dual citizenship as regards Nigeria. He would always need a visa to come to Nigeria. Note that your son if he wants to join US military also has to denounce his Nigerian citizenship and return his passports. 1 Like |

@Tvegas, Ayam not contributing to the jus soli talk, Donald Trump &his hair rug dey on top of dat one. I'm making a clarification on John McCain's birth situation. He wasn't just born in panama, he was born at the coco solo naval air station which like all consulates/embassies is US soil. Hin own matter different from the rest. |
