I think the same (sensitivity, respect..) view should be applied to this forum. Sure, there should be banter, pulling of legs etc, but it shouldn't resort into condescending match and insults, which is often the case here.
There is a false assumption of everyone being covered with the same skin, hence the insult rampage.
