@rainyday yea u can only take it just once and d amount of IU u neeed is from 5000iu to 7000iu. The progesterone supplement u can start 2days after O to maake ur lining thick for sucessful implantation.

It wasn't opened. It is still intact and sealed but didn't use it cos I decided to take a break from ttc and do some treatments. Now I am back to ttc.

its the fibriod that has almost turned to stone. its almost as hard as the teeth.
except it cuts from the point that its gums to ur body and u birth it out, i dont think there is another way to expel it. so just go for larascopic surgery, thats if they can destroy it and bring it out. or a full cut.

Uterus is normal in size with ccsmooth outline and homogenous. Echogenicity.
Endometrial layer is well defined, it is 13mm thick
Right ovarian vol=8ml
Left ovarian vol=7ml
There are small,uniform random follicles
Average size 5mm/6mm.den I was advise to use ovaboost,fertilaid and m2tone which am doing and since cd17 have been having ewcm in abundance. Does dat mean am ovulating,cos result shows dat follicles were still small as at cd10 for a 30days circle. Help me pls.(sorry4 d long post)

Like I said yestday, I evn had to go to a different place to do d TVS to be double-sure.

Noooo u dont remove the netlike tingy o! Just roll out a liitle thread from the ball n insert but allow it hang out. reason is dat it enables u pull it out on day 3

@mmyglitz,wash ur hands den pull out d seed and loosen a Lil bit, u will see d finished thread.untie it just a Lil den hold d tip of d thread and insert d seed deep inside ur vjayjay still holding d end of d tip/rope outside ur Vjayjay,best position is lying down on ur back for proper penetration.hope dis helps.fertility blessings.

@eva it shows normal parameters my concern is the inmature follicles, 5mm on cd 10 is small and inmature mayb if I had seen it earlier when u first posted I wud ava said u shud do it again by cd 12 to know if they are improving or not it's kinda too late to do anytin abt dat. If u got ewcm it means they got ripe (18mm - 20mm) nd dats when it ruptures and burst out d egg into d tubes

I used IVF-C 5000iu. That's the common brand in the pharmacies in my area.

@legendsmother, pls whats the required dose of progesterone? I have duphaston 10mg.
Also, my CD10 scan showed endometrial lining of 7mm. Im thinking of adding baby aspirin to the progesterone.

@sugah and @rejoice03 for the endo lining In general, 8-13 mm is good, less than 6 is potentially a problem

@sugah for the progesterone a dose of 300mg @ bedtime keeps the blood progesterone ok for implantation, therefore progesteron shud be taken on the way to bed (jst before u sleep). Pls note u av to take it 3 to 4 days after O till BFP, and also continue till 12weeks when ur LO will develop a plancenter
