horpeyemmi66:
hahahaha!....but you amazed me, you were so close, very very close; and I think that is very Laudable.
You will see how close you came before you can spell JACK ROBINSON...lols
I want to clarify something before delving any further, for the general salt AaBb: Ks ↔ [aA^b+]^a x [bB^a-]^b
Now to no 1.... PbI2↔ [Pb^2+] x [I^-1] Ks↔ [Pb^2+] x [2I^-1]^2......(**) Ks↔ [1.65 x 10^-5] x [2 x 1.65 x10^-5]^2 Ks↔ [1.65 x 10^-5] x [3.30 x 10^-5]^2 Ks↔ [1.65 x 10^-5] x [10.89 x 10^-10] Ks= 17.96 x 10^-15 Ks= 1.796 x 10^-14
One might wonder where PrOton got the unit to his answer which is very correct, here is what he did: Concentration is measured in Mol dm^-3 abi?
So putting Mol dm^3 in place of Pb and I2 in (**), K= [mol dm^-3] x [mol dm^-3]^2 K= [mol dm^-3] x [mol^2 dm^-6] K= mol^3 dm^-9
Therefore, Ks= 1.796 x 10^-14 mol^3 dm^-9.
Cc PrOton, you didn't multiply your Iodine ion by 2
2. This is rather explicit needless to say SrSo4↔ [Sr^2+] x [So4^2-]
If you follow the format of the general salt above AaBb, in this case nothing changes, ipso facto I mean you don't need to square or multiply any of them in the Brackets[].
So, Ks↔[Sr^2+] x [SO4^2-] 3.2 x 10^-8= [C] x [C] C^2= 3.2 x 10^-7 C= √3.2 x 10^-7 mol^2 dm^-6 C= 1.79 x 10^-7 mol dm^-3
cc PrOton, your standard form notation was not same as above lolz.
Nevertheless, you guys have done well. Kudos to Mikechibuzor, thaotech, PrOton.
But PrOton,
"256y5= 3.2 x 10-7mol2dm-6 y5= 3.2 x 10-7/ 256 y = 5√1.25 x 10-9"....this is abracadabra take the 5th root of the unit and see what you get.
And that last fracas, you sef no be pikin again, let it go. seen my mistake....gracias |

oluwawilliams: STUDY IN UNIVERSITIES IN PHILIPPINES WITH LOW TUITION FEES NO JAMB, NO UTME. Seriously, why kill yourself over jamb while your mates got this information and are now studying in universities with international recognitions. Lots of countries in the world will invite you to study abroad which will be quit expensive and in most cases you've ignored, but have you ever considered the Philippines? Do you know at least 1 out of 10 doctors in the US studied in the Philippines? Do you know south Korea sends not less than a thousand students every month to study in Philippines? Aside from the international standard of teaching, the tuition fees in the Philippines is one of the cheapest you can find around the world. Most students in Philippines pays less than $500(#100,000)per section, which means with $2000(#400,000)you can complete a 4 years degree course. The amazing part of this is you don't need to hustle for admission all you need is your secondary school statement of result(WAEC).With your WAEC result or neco result you can gain admission to any school and course of your choice...below are some key steps you need to follow to become a student of Philippines 1, you need to submit the necessary document(waec result ,photocopy of passport Bio page etc) to any school of your choice in the Philippines and pay the necessary charges for the school to process and send you an invitation letter. 2, you will wait for about 5 working days to receive your invitation letter from the school through DHL. 3, After you've received the invitation, you will prepare other documents for authentication and go get your visa at the Philippines embassy in your country. 4, buy your fight ticket and its done. You will be guided on other processes on your arrival to the Philippines. NOTE :: no payment of tuition fees to any one until your arrival to the Philippines. Admission is sure ,visa is sure...all am here to do is to guide you and give you information about the schools here. If I'm not mistaken, the answer should be D cause it was the communist type. Patterned along the USSR/Russia and Chinese type. But I want to stick to C. I want to learn abdulquadri: 1).Nig experienced her military coup in year? 2).d coup was called? 3)d first military head of state was? 4)how many political parties were recognized in the second republic? 5).the third military head of state was toppled by? The first question wasn't specific but I'll give it a try. Nigeria experienced a military coup in year 1966, one in january and the other in july or so by Gowon. We experienced another in 1975 by Muritala when Gowon went for a summit in Uganda. Another was by Dimka which was unsuccessful, though Muritala was killed but Dimka and others in their group couldn't assume powers - Obasanjo became the head of state. We had another in 1983 by buhari and 2 years later babangida (1985). In 1993, Abacha eroded shonekan's IRC (interim ruling blah blah blah). 2. If you meant the first coup, it was a blood coup! 3. Aguiyi Ironsi 4. 5 but later NAP was later recognized before the next election in '83 5. Muritala was the military head of state then, Toppled by Dimka if I am not wrong.
3. Aguiyi Ironsi
4. 5 but later NAP was later recognized before the next election in '83
5. Muritala was the military head of state then, Toppled by Dimka if I am not wrong.
I'm open to corrections and fact-based criticism If its Government ......this dude is the BEST |

how is preparation? i have been resisting the urge to comment about the whatsapp groups; i think its high time to say something. however, to me, i see the whatapp group as a platform for free interaction and dissemination of information. and when i joined, the groups wasn't bad. but, somewhat, there are some element of distraction and unserious in the groups. don't get me wrong. i do not entirely dismiss the groups as distractive, but there are some factors that needed to change. the groups are really too huddle without any well-meaning or rather planned direction. it's good to socialise and the rest, but the main mission must not be taken with levity. there was a time i posted a question. many people did tried to answer the question, and certainly, it was not every participant that got the answer correct. the was a man that got wrong answer. however my answer didn't go well with his acknowledge. he asked me to prove my answer( i wasn't online when he asked me to prove my answer). when the guy didn't sees my response, he typed abusive sentence. after 30 mins or so that i later got online,i saw the message and i got angry. i didn't reply verbally but with emocion of anger. the next thing i saw was a guy response, saying ' hmmm, i will slap the guy.... don't mind him. he is a small boy.' moreover, i thought the guy was responding to my emocion and i typed ' thank you jare.' the next unexpected message i got from the responsee was that i was the person he meant to slap! what? i got much anger. but anyway, i have reconciled with the guy.
these are few i can say about the consequence of huddle of the groups. nevertheless, the groups are welcome idea. admin of the groups need to control and restrict the affairs of the groups strictly to academic purpose. selah.

But you, coming around to re-iterate same, means its really getting out of hands...you really don't talk much. I had always Chuckled when I see people coming in here asking to be added to that, that bandwagon which is headed no where. I wish they would open their Occuliferous tentacles and observe the ambience in there...needless to say, I knew nothing could be positive in there. Pr0ton: - A fire engine lifts 103 kg of water per minute through a vertical height of 40 m and discharges it through the nozzle with a speed of 6 m s-1 Calculate:
i.. the work done per minute in lifting the water, ii.. the work done per minute in giving the water the nozzle velocity, and iii.. the minimum power of the engine, in kilowatts, required to work the pump (Take g = 10 m s-2 ). Though it came a lil bit late,...... Mass/min=1000kg/min Works one in lifting water through pump=pAv(gh) But pAv=m/t Workdone=m/t(gh) Work /min=1000(10*40) Work/min=400000J/min 2. Work done in the nozzle is the kinetic energy given to the water thus pumped. Work=m/t(1/2V²) Work/min=1000(1/2*6²) Work/min=18000J/min 3. Power in watts means to convert the mass/min to mass/second=50/3 Power=m/t(1/2V²+gh) Power=50/3(18+400) Power=6966.67watts Power=6.97kw FIGHTING |
