Abeg o. This question have been bugging me. Who becomes the president in the event: 1. That the President elect and his vice drops dead or goes missing before hand over? 2. The tenure of GEJ technically ended last night. Who is the current Commender of the arm force? Please I need informed answers or contribution. Thank you all for your contributions; insults and all. |

gosham:Really ? You write this crap and you expect informed contribution ? Otuoke Thunder fire your mouth and your hand for wishing the president elect death But i guess you are safe , Otuoke Thunder is as clueless as the outgoing c in c That said , The speaker of the house , 3 or 4 more offices then the Attorney general would be in charge in a situation where either vice or the president is indisposed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_Succession_Act but That incident will not occour here especially now that it's Buhari's tenure 2 Likes |

gosham:that you call your question intellectual reveals the height of your dumbness, but as one poser suggested above; if you will engage your mind on positive and creative thinking both about others and yourself your life will experience impressive changes faster than you can think. |

mployer: That's not even close to an " Intelli" question , not to talk of the "gent" , this issue is a very sensitive one , I bet the N/D and Biafra goats would already be issuing death threats to everyone if this question was asked if Buhari was going out and Clueless was coming in |

mployer: The only possible way that highly unlikely scenario could get played out is if they both get murdered at the eagle square. Obviously that would create instant anarchy and in turn throw the country into a temporary constitution crisis. I would expect some sort of temporary democratic leadership structure put in place which will then hand over to the contestant that came second during the APC primary election Things taken into consideration: We technically have no government in place so succession order can't come into play The National assembly has been dissolved 1 Like |
