I could remember the day chino posted pictures of a night show in Fegge mini stadium, timaya,tiwa, flavour, davido and other musicians performed and people were like wow..but nobody cares to know what or how that place looks during the day. I don't even know who is managing that stadium because the whole environment looks so dirty and unpleasant,and instead of beautifying it's environ, illegal structures are being constructed there. That same stadium was used on children's day and only the inside was shown in the news.

Why don't you file a complaint when you see such thing, why didn't you suggest to the management of what should be done so that the place will be decent.

i think SE and SS should form an alliance. my gov akpabio did try to push those oil companies operating from lagos to relocate to our region but i do not know how far it went, and now akpabio has gone. our jobs has been taken away from us and until we kick for those oil companies to relocate to our region we shall continue to go to lagos

It was a mistake, but for me it can be remodelled in the front that face The river Niger by building Highrise Buildings for office Halls & others!. The Side facing The express-Way can be remodelled with Good structured Buildings with ornamental tall trees!. The Market should also by lined-up with trees & flowers!

Yes it is corporations that build skyscrapers but its not corporations that build housing estates as well, skyscrapers could be build and rent out to prospective office users, they are all business ideas.

Remember 50Cent once bought Mike Tyson tower in New York, Tyson used the Tower to settle his estranged wife Robin Sanders but she later sold it and 50 bought it then rent out the office spaces. There is no corporation here but business.

LSPDC build housing Estates and collect the rent as well as maintain the Estates, if Anambra properties and development coy can build skyscrapers and collect the rent and still oversee the maintenance of the buildings they are all the same.

Anambra economy need to evolve, I don't know if our governor and his cronies have vision to reposition Anambra economy to balance between formal and informal sector.

ANSG is yet to organize an economic summit in the state, what has the government done to make whitecollar jobs to start coming in, the state still collect taxes and levies openly without digitalizing it, look at our cities with billboards, signposts and posters everywhere littering the cities, churches, hospitals and schools are in residential buildings.

AnSG should embrace digital lifestyle completely, open Onitsha and Nnewi for more education facilities to penetrate.

This is a typical dual carriageway. Three lane on each section, a standard walk way by it and enough distance between walk way, gutters and houses nearby.

Until Anambra achieves this, His dual carriageway will always look like a lane to me.
