Abia State governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu flags off the construction/reconstruction roads in Aba, the commercial nerve center of Eastern Nigeria. This was at Umuocham Road earlier in the day.

Dooms day prophet,take your negative thoughts to your greedy brothers in Abia North. Shame on you that your brothers failed the state for 23 years,now that the real man has come to put a smile on the faces of Abians,no evil prayer of yours will work against him.

I hope the project would be completed and not abandoned.
I also pray that the contractor is a reputable firm that has a track record of integrity and finishing projects and not one cronny like TA Orji's firm.
The people of aba want to see development again and not politics.

Its not about flagging off, its about commissioning completed projects. The same way the clueless wanted to decisive us into voting for him by flagging off 1001 projects few weeks to election-projects that will never see the light of d day. On the other hand, PDP has learnt from APC to publicize all their wishes, doings and accomplishments making election campaigns easier. I see a tough 2019 ahead as it will be battle to finish!
