Thanks so much brother, I dont know if she will read my text. I was just discussing wit a friend abt men n infidelity before I open this tread. I read a book recently with my wife abt men infidelity. The author of the book said that men dont cheat because they dont love their spouse but they do it because to them its fun. Thats y a man can be on top of another woman n calling the wifes name. its like when u r press n want to urinate. My sister ur husband still love u, its just that women r told from child hood that they shld only open their legs to their husbands so they grow up that way n so finds it very difficult y men do that. have u ever wonder how muslim women cope because they were train from infant that they will share their husband with another woman so they adjust their expectation. My dear I understand perfectly how you feel because I can relate to this kind situation. Unlike you it took me a few months after marriage to find out the secret life my husband lived. He kept countless girls who knew about me, it was really hard because I was pregnant at that time. I could not tell my parents because everyone warned me became they thought I was still young to get married. I did not know what a smile was for months and I hid from my friends. Mind you this was a man who swiped me off my feet during our courtship
about 2years into marriage he planned a birthday party for me and I invited most of my friends back in school. Looking at the pics I realized how sad I looked in them, how my single girlfriends look fine and how I had changed just because of this marriage, that was when I advised myself. I shut down completely to have any feelings for him,I didn't care about his phone, his whereabouts,nothing!
Funny enough he's the one who's snooping my phone and following me around now. I can see he's changing but I can't bring myself to trust him again.
So my dear always remember never to put your happiness in the hands of a man, only you can make you happy. Take care of you and your kids.

Asides several underlying reasons, i believe my wife left because she wanted to see life apart from me. I met her say on her 19th birthday and of-course i am her very fist man in all ramifications and im sure you understand what i mean but when she clocked 30 she left after series of rantings that she feels caged and that she has spent all her life with me and since i kindda feel that it seems most women if not all really want to experience this thing called free life,i had to let her go.

This is why i believe that its better to marry a lady who has had experience in the field of relationships because i have come to realize that no matter how cute you may be as a man or woman,no matter how rich,romantic or faithful you can be, if you date or marry a total newbie,he or she is most lijkely to stray because they will always believe there is something better out there.

In-fact she told me that she stil loves me but i should just give her space and this i can't reconcile so i had to let her be for the sake of my life.

I never called anyone a fool but i said it will only be a foolish woman who will leave her hubby cos he cheated on her except she wants to remain single forever because there is no guaranty that the next 100men she will date afterwards wont cheat on her.

Op,sorry about your situation.A lot of women ask themselves what they did wrong when things like this happen.You didn't do anything wrong.A MAN THAT WILL CHEAT WILL CHEAT.

I will like to say that you shouldn't monitor your husband but you should close-mark him.It is easy for a man to stray if he feels he is not closely watched.Women who say they don't touch their husband's phone,it is to your disadvantage.My wife uses my phone to browse and sometimes flip through pictures.It is good for me cause it helps me to caution myself.I be human being too.

Please consider your children and your family.Your life is not worth taking because of a cheating husband.
Take your time to heal and ask yourself if you can forgive your hubby.Let him do a health screening so you are sure he has a clean bill of health.

I am really sorry to hear why she left you, she never loved you enough and from your post you really sound like a good matured man who understands life, even me that didn't get married at 19 sometimes feel like marriage is a big cage and I feel like screaming free me free me all the time, but my love for my hubby and kids is too overwhelming, it quickly brings me to my senses.... marriage is not easy, but God gives us grace to go by, find a woman who loves you for who are doesn't matter if she is experienced or not, you see in life love is all that matters it's just that it's not enough to fight the battle that life presents.
