God bless u my brother. same thing i ve said again and again but paper fans here are afraid as they don't have faith in the team. our boys are equal to any task.
The Flying Eagles camped in Germany for their preparations. They played against the German Club-sides (U23) Teams and performed excellently and gallantly. Then why questioning their abilities, standards and potentials just because they lost to the Brazilians?
Thanks dude for your unquestionable and fervent believe in the Boys, I believe they are a match to any Team in this Competition.

I wanna ask you a question dude, just a question; do you believe (or think) the lads can play the Barcelona-like style?

We can play like Barcelona as we have a like for like personnel in all but one position.

We do not have a Xavi in our team and that is the identity of Barcelona

To play like Barcelona u'll need 2 things. A coach that shares that philosophy and recruit the right kind of players to fit in. The former we have (LVG believes in possession football as seen in his days with Ajax and Barcelona) the latter we have to get. We are already playing a kind of possession football but we lack the cutting edge. Hopefully, this coming season LVG would buy sensibly and these players would fully understand his philosophy.

If Nigeria want to avoid Germany, is simple: just draw ur last match, u still qualify.

I don't think the weather in New Zealand is that bad. 15°C is not too bad for acclimatisation not to occur in 1 week. If they are having less than 10°C and trained in a 20°C environment, that's where the problem is.

Lol..they can't, if they play draw, they would still finish 2nd, if they lose, they might not qualify, so they can't even think of 'trying to draw'.

Even if we lose with a 2 goal margin, provided Germany win their last group match against Honduras which they most likely will, we qualify as best losers avoiding Germany.
In 3rd place we play Ukraine or Serbia n both teams are not as strong as d German teams in this competition, so am at ease watching our last match.

The last 10 mins of Nigeria/Korea match, especially when Yahaya was introduced; didn't you notice the Lads played good football? Barcelona-like? Good possession, build up and forward play?

Mexico is partly Central America ... I will agree that it's not southern America , solely it's also not Northern America . To avoid derailing this thread .

They play both. Because South America has only 10 teams and they want to play a 12 team tournament format, so they invite 2 teams from the CONCACAF region. I am wondering what happens the day an invitee wins the tournament. Maybe that's why the pick fom North America.

Brotherly! It's not an intrusion rather a very good observation! We played good football when Yahaya was introduced, though the Boys ain't under pressure at the time.
I sincerely believe the Lads can match any Team, cos they are getting their rhythm back at the moment!
Watch out for the next game, then you gonna see the real Flying Eagles in action with a Barcelona-like attacking football!
