MikeCZAR: Bwahahahaha NNS Aradu has similar 127 mm gun with 120 km range you MikeZAR Dundee Domingo !!!!!! Nobody in Africa has guided shells, when we talk about shells on this forum, it's standard that we ONLY quote range for unguided shells. Nigerian NNS Aradu has similar gun 127 mm Oto Melara gun with 120 km range. http://www.otomelara.it/products-services/guided-ammunition/vulcano-127mm http://archive.is/qUExe Have you seen me claim 120 km range for NNS Aradu on this forum ? Only a m0ron from South Africa will quote ammunition that does not exist in an African country as their weapons range. All you Southies are mugus & magas who don't know how to write within CONTEXT, you always need Nigerians to educate you all # SOUTHIE WRECKED ON A SUNDAY...BEYOND REPAIR...TECHNICALLY WRITTEN-OFF . 2 Likes |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeCZAR: 7:32pm On Jun 07, 2015 |
agaugust: Oh I made a mistake! Otobreda 127/64 not 127/62. Production begun in 2012. And no it is different way different! They're not similar. Aradu uses the 127/54 Compact. I know you're not knowledgeable about guns last time you told us there's something called "total calibre fire power". Now learn a bit here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-unZOJEZjC4&itct=CDsQpDAYACITCIKbxrqZ_sUCFdGpHAod3-cAg1IPT3RvYnJlZGEgMTI3LzY0&client=mv-google&gl=ZA&hl=en What best served hot? HUMBLE PIE! |
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 7:42pm On Jun 07, 2015 |
jln115: Yes, because in your own post you were quoting range of guided shell in an argument involving unguided shell. You created the confusion, I cleared it for you. In an exam, if you go off topic and out of context ....you fail ! I educated you, because you did not know the difference between guided and unguided shell. Say thank you to me for the fresh and free Nigerian education you always benefit from, say thank you now... . 1 Like 1 Share |

MikeCZAR: Foooool You have sh0t MikeCZAR in the skulll Suicide mode ! NNS Aradu uses 127mm/54 gun and it uses Vulcano shell with 120 km range, same as the 127mm/64 gun. "VULCANO 127mm ammunition is conceived to give the 127/54 C and the 127/64 LW OTO Melara Naval Guns the capability to meet any present and future requirement for Precision Naval Fire Support and Long Range engagement of Surface Targets." http://www.otomelara.it/products-services/guided-ammunition/vulcano-127mm So NNS Aradu has gun range of 120 km ....PROVED ! MikeCZAR eats his own humble pie and then c0mmits Suiciide on a Sunday . 2 Likes 2 Shares |

lionel4power:Who is Jacob Zuma?,nobody takes that mushroom-head illiterate seriously. @topic: i hope mr president urgently lobbies for sophisticated weapons and surveillance technology/intel sharing system{and perhaps military training and support} needed to tackle our current terrorism disturbance. Since Russia has been booted out of G7 and China is a no-go zone, there is a strong possibility that Nigeria could soon become a member of the G7. |

Henry120: 1. Mr Young was utterly destroyed when he took the stand. 2. There is nothing he said that says that the Valour Class is obsolete 3. He is not even talking about the combat suite as a whole - he is talking about a specific component of the combat suite (data-busses) 4. SAN requirements were adjusted according to availability of systems, acquisition costs, operational costs, life-cycle costs, training costs etc. and, yet again, I ask: Are you saying that Mr Young is right - and that all the admirals and staff of the French, South African, Saudi and Taiwanese navies are wrong? |

Speaking in the National Assembly during a debate on the Defence Review, Mr Maynier also accused the joint standing committee on defence of failing to give the review report the attention it deserved, holding only a handful of meetings in almost a year. Henry120: Blah blah blah - opposition MP's are opposing? Wow! Shock Horror!! Sereti commission discussions have shown that all assets are being used as intended: Valour Class have 2 operational, one in training/reserve and one in maintenance (in line with international standards) Subs have 2 operational and one in maintenance (above international standards) All Hawks are operational All A109's are operational Gripen pilot training continues unabated - all platforms are operational, two years ago we had 18 aircrew, this number grows continually Review is happening, whether you like it or not O, and FYI - the FF+ supports the Defence Reveiw: Groenewald said it was time that the ANC government realised the defence minister’s request for a budget of two percent of Gross Domestic Product was essential if the SANDF was to continue successfully executing tasks internally and continentally. - Defenceweb 1 Like |
