@proudmum Comfort Fabric softener. It's used for rinsing out clothes (in washing machines mostly) to make it softer. Honestly I don't think it's necessary (good quality clothes soften up on their own with time, if they're not in hard water) and the thing is filled with fragrances of all sorts (which some mums and doctors dislike due to some babies' sensitive skin). But if you do wanna go ahead with it, after you wash with regular detergent, use half a capful (or even less) and put in your rinsing water.

11months s quite close o. Most tyms, every woman is given an opportunity to try vag delivery(unless there s an absolute indication for cs). Bt i wld hv preferred an elective cs. Ur dr will hv to monitor u very very closely wen u re in labor. U wont need to labor for long to avoid rupture

Pele. One of my sisters ended up breaking down and locking herself in the bathroom in tears until her hubby came home, because of all the crying. Her neighbour came and made her a cup of tea and some biscuits to calm her down and said babies react to how their mum's feel (the more panicky you get apparently, the more your baby can sense it and screams even more). So try and calm down and not get frustrated. And yes, you can leave her in the room for 30 mins by herself crying in her crib (nothing will happen) while you calm down.

I hope I can follow the advice myself when time comes.

Nt comfortable wit VBAC @ dat close range plus did u request for it or ur doc suggested it. If u r comfortable wit it and ur doc is sure u wil b well observed and monitored during labour, u can give it a try. Hope dis helps

Pele dear, it wil soon pass. Hormones in preg make ur pelvic bone so brittle if I cn use dat word and engagement of baby's head also make the pain Ard dat joint a lil unbearable. It's almost over, it wil end in praise..
