Hmm....less than 12 hours to game time.

Make una pray for those boys cuz tomorrow's game will be their biggest game this entire tournament. If somehow, they overcome Germany, then by all means, they become top title contenders by way of knocking out the best team so far.

May the spirit of Senegal's Sy enter Enaholo

May the skills of the Malians reflect upon Awoniyi and co....

May the luck of Serbia be with Nigeria

And may the persistence of USA be imbibed by our boys

Can I get an Amen?

Mikel was not overage as you guys make it. That is a lie. When Mikel joined Plateau United before the U17, he received boos from the Plateau United fans because they did not like the sight of a small secondary school boy playing as a creative midfielder for such a club.

Are you saying he was 23 years old and the fans were booing him for being a small secondary school boy?

That was twelve years ago. Look at Mikel now, does that look like a 35 years old man. Haba.

Mikel grew four inches when he joined Chelsea. Did you grow like that at 25 years?

I do mind you. In fact na me liked your initial post. I think they can win both.

Can the flying Eagles win the under 20 FIFA World Cup? Yes. Would it be a surprise of they won? No. They can do it.

Can the Falcons win too? Yes they can. Would it be a surprise if they did? Maybe yes considering the presence of USA, Sweden, France and Japan.
They can do it. We've always done well in the aged group but haven't really done well at the main World Cup.

Nigeria met Germans few years ago with the likes of popps in their line up and lost on technical ground even after playing well with the likes of iroka doing well in midfield. If ayinde hadn't being over zealous, we would have won the last under 20 when I think it was ihezuo's goal bound effort that she helped inside the net in an offside position.

We have beaten England, USA etc in aged group. I think with a good technical crew and faith, this girls can shock the world. They can beat USA. The only team I'm a bit worried about is France.

u re right my brother, it was that damn game in calabar against the bifouma led side that costs us the AFCON though we had other chances to make up by at least beating sudan (which we lost)away and beat south Africa at home in uyo and we would have qualified but NO our boys bungled everything. still a sour taste in my mouth, i mean the non-qualification. wink

By God's grace we shall celebrate n we shall jubilate cos d SFE will humble d Germans today. A 4-0 win we be enough. But seriously european teams have always find t hard playing against Africa contigent in grade tournaments like this. I pray that we convert our chances.

Was it nt d same Iheanacho that was caged and out muscled in d Brazil game?
Bc he plays for the Mancity U21? What is d standard of those their U21 league.
U guys dnt know Iheanacho more than I do. I SAY SAVOIUR GODWIN SHOULD START AHEAD OF IHEANACHO.

Messi has been caged in few occassions Dat doesnt stop his high grade talent.iheanacho still remains d biggest talent in d team.he even hit the woodwork and had one assist in d said Brazil match.the whole team had a poor second half.manu garba is just singling him out for blame to divert Nigerians attention from blaming him.na common sense.
God forbid! I bet u if Nigeria get knock out from d tournament, dats wen football fanatics, commentators like Ikpeba,Oliseh etc will be saying he is a useless coach.why was he benching Nacho in d first place?everybody seems to be carried away with their victories.

Germany will field their highest/strongest stars against us while we keep ours on the bench... I like Manu and all but I hope he is right again by benching all these guys against Germany (a knockout game). Anyway whatever the outcome, still gonna be following this team.

sorry bro... it was neither ayinde nor ihezuo rather SuperZ's goal which ayila cancelled with her celebration and it was just last year or 2013... Popps was oparanozie's mate which we met in the finals in germany about 5 or 6 years ago and the won by 2-0...

I really hope both Flying Eagles and Super Falcons to do much better.. Germany ended the journey of our worst F.E in egypt few years ago. Probably this is the time for revenge.

Stars vs Team work, I would take Team work. Stars plus team work over team work anyday. But manu knows best because right now I believe he wants success over Germany more than anything and to him and his SUPER FLYING EAGLES I salute their courage and success will be theirs in couple of hours. Amen
