you cannt compare those club with chelsea, why didnt morata get his chance at real madrid or why didnt pogba got his chance at manu..
As a manager, there is club you will get transferred to, what they care about alot is trophies and result for the fear of getting sacked,so alot of pressure will be on the manager thereby not giving their youngster at chance to perform..
