*i know of couples who started up like emeka nd cynthia.but it ended bad.

Let me ask some questions.

*how old was emeka when he met her?

*was cynthia desperate to get married b4 she met emeka?

*how long have they dated each other b4 deciding to settle down?


Let me also be quick to tell u dat women can be very secretive, a woman can hide her true identity for no matter how long it takes just to get what she wants, many of u can attest to that.

In my own opinion,let me tell u wat every woman wants in this life "POWER"

Forget the fact that they love money, money is just a lather to climb up to power.

A woman can do everything to achieve power over men,but the only thing that can restrict them is AGE.

Ever wonder how ur elder sister talks or behaves towards u? And how she talks and behaves towards that ur brother who is older than she is?

Well, consciously or unconsciously, that's who they are, some of them can't help it.
No matter who we are, we all tend to respect whoever that is older than we are, why is dat? It is because it is a moral inculcated in us by either our parents or the society right from when were small, and as the bible says for christians, "teach a child in the way he should go and when he I old, he will not depart from it". RESPECT for elders is paramount to us all both men and women.

Ever wondered why it is normal for a man to marry a woman he is older than? Even if it is just for a year?


Women have always want to be supreme both in marriages, but the only thing that restricts them is RESPECT for OLDER folks.

*we all know how we respect and value our EGO as men.

* What if in the case of the marriage experiencing that normal marriage quarrels and cynthia happens to remind him who is older either to win the fight or to spit him.

*what will happen to Emeka's ego? How will Emeka take it when they eventually comes to term?


All these are why Emeka is scared, it is not that he does not love her,I mean for him to give her a 9/10,means he is heel over hell in love with him, but Emeka is also loving with his HEAD and not just his HEARTH.

As for me I won't marry a woman am nt older than by at least 5yrs. Women age faster coupled with child bearing effects on their body. At 33 After having 4 kids plus d fat her body will naturally accumulate she will b looking like ur mother in 10yrs time ie 43.

This is my opinion, d decision is urs to take after all some men prefer older women.

Biologically women are best before 28 to avoid child bearing issues bc their eggs r numbered.

lol. I think aging has more to do with the body. U may see a woman of 20 looking 35 and 35 looking 18. It has a lot to do with d person's body built.

True dat, I get asked for ID a lot of times which most times I'm flattered. A lot of guys would like to imagine that stuff like child birth and age dramatically alters a woman but only if she lets it.
I am quite slim despite the fact I have a bubba and I guess it makes me look younger than my age. It's the person inside that counts, a youthful mindset will act that way and look the same whilst an older mindset will do likewise.

I believe that initial stage, marrying a woman who is more than 3years older than you may not be a serious threat to the stability of the marriage, but as time goes by,the age difference will begin to tell on the marriage.

By the way, I got married at 24 when my wife was 29 and we have been married for 22 years with a boy and girl both in Uni. Aging/looks generally gets bad with age in women esp after child birth. There could b some exceptions but a rule is neva made frm d exceptions except it is to b done by a morbid fool like u. My post didnt talk abt maturity so mixing it with looks shows u lack comprehension ability. Its obvious u can't engage me on this issue morbid fool

Please don't ever settle for something you can't tolerate. Everyone has a line where they draw what they can and can't tolerate . . . for some your line may sound silly, to others it may be perfect. But what counts is that you draw the line!

A lot of men don't mind if they marry someone older, to them it's not that be a deal? What about you?

She can be a 9/10 but that 1 that she is not can be equivalent to 5 for you . . .

Same way some women can 'tolerate' if a man is not so rich, as far he's nice and caring . . . others don't can deal with a brash and rude guy, as far as he can pay the bills. If such a woman decided to 'settle' for a not so rich guy because he's 9/10 (and they say money is not everything ), she's bound to live her life in regrets, because him being unable to pay the bills will gradually overshadow his 'niceness' and all she's left with is bitterness and resentment. Then she realizes what she has always known, niceness is not as important as financial stability for her!
