Who is talking about the amount of trophies they have won... I am talking about youth integration, that is why we have the academy. What is the use if you cannot trust the youth players?

As a manager, there is club you will get transferred to, what they care about alot is trophies and result for the fear of getting sacked,so alot of pressure will be on the manager thereby not giving their youngster at chance to perform..

is not easy to give academy chance when you are competing for trophies, i think there will be alot of pressure..

Thats why chelsea have a partnership with holland club vitesse, to be sending their young players there.

with d exception of welbeck n cleverly ,all of dem were integrated into d first team squad n went on to be big stars so ur logic fails here ,besides it won't be a surprise if given de chance n he shines dat Thibaut will replace Cech afterall when azpilicueta came to Chelsea as a right back nobody anticipated him usurping d left back role from both Ashley Cole n betrand
