Fumbaby, you can use predicte ovulation kit , track by taking ur body temp first thing in d morning, or monitor it by checking ur discharge. D predicte is not full proof but u can buy it in any chemist. For d temp tracking, U need to start d tracking on d first day of your cycle, first thing before u get out of bed I'm the morning. It will help if u can take it same time everyday. Just before ovulation u will notice an increase in ur temp. U need to be consistent to do the temp tracking. Lastly u can check by examine ur discharge which turns to the egg white creamy mucus during ovulation.

Hello mama,sorry I quoted this.
The minimum period of time to take M2 TONE and get quality results is 3months.I took mine for 10 weeks.even if u induce AF pls look into continuing it for a few more weeks u will testify soon.

well sha, i saw mine after 8days of taking it which was cd45....and i have had other cd45's cycle b4 now so i guess af just came on its own.
u can induce but keep up with it.
i will know how far by my next af, am on cd26 now.

Iomoge, not expecting m2tone to bring AF this early but I am just wondering why its taking AF so much time to come having ruled out infection and pregnancy. Tnx so much for responding.

just dont swallow them together. M2 tone is herbal.

Mamas pls help a sister i took clomid 50mg last cycle i didnt ovulate but ended up with 28mm cyst den my gyno said no cause for alarm dat it will dissolve on its own den dis cycle he upped d dose to 100mg den day 12 tvs showed that no folicule is dia only d cyct which has now grown to 42mm pls Mamas any advice on what to use to dissolve it. @julie2015, I'm not a guru but I will advise you to stop and let it get cleared out of your body.
I had an experience last year, took 50mg for two cycles and later increased to 100mg in d third cycle. AF eventually showed up and I began to spot continuously for more than 14days. Since then I made up my mind not to take it again except if been prescribed by a new Gynae but will tell him of my previous experience.
Though it the spotting stopped on it own but I prayed like hmmm..., didn't know if it was cyst or thin linning that made me to spot because I was not monitored. Hope this helps a bit, other sabi mamas will still respond to your question. Fertility dust!

@tatacharie, please I need u to explain how m2 tone works, I was thinking when on the m2 tone u'll see AF every month. I'm about to start mine tomorrow. Do one ovulate when taking it? I'm not TTC right now, just one to regulate my cycle and correct annovulatory cycles. Sorry for my long post and many questions
