War between government troops is totally different to that of fighting lightly armed rebels. The war between two governments usually result in a huge collateral damages.

Look here you black tire. Nigeria is permanently on load shedding. Your power stations are permanently on low capacity to supply a population of 180 million. So, what do you know about electricity?
