Those saying we shd wait for ministerial appointments are expressing warped logic, as those appointments are statutorily bound to reflect federal character.

You have no point there. GEJ appointed a South south person whom he had confidence in. Buhari is a northerner and should appoint somebody he has confidence in, a northerner like himself
