What are the possible consequences of improper resignation? I was working with a firm then i got another job, so i immediately quit the job to start the new one. But my former employer keeps threatening me with various things & that i was suppose to tender a resignation letter with a month notice. He never gave me an employment letter to warrant my resignation. Pls nairalanders help me out.... |
