A friend was sent to jail for talking back to his boss(female) and she promised to make him spend a month in jail. It was after the guys family came from village to beg her that he was realised after 2 weeks.

Well 1 yr after that her multi million naira house went up with flames on a Sunday afternoon and was razed down including all the cars parked outside the fenced compound.

As am writing this woman is still struggling to even sell the land the house was on so she can pay for rents somewhere else she rebted a flat for accomodation .There is this insinuation that she was stacking money at home which went down with the mention.

Knowing this my friends antics in the university I can quarantee he is aware of what happened that Sunday.

I might begin to think of the repercussions later. Male or female. Once you become violent,you lose my respect & i won't be differentiating gender.
Truth is,if you let one act of indiscretion such as striking an employee across the face go unpunished. Chances are it is likely going to be a regular feature of your work routine. Hence the need to nip it in the bud there and then.
