The same way Enyeama denied receiving an invite from NFF whereas the same invite was received by Keshi and he honoured the disciplinary committee
zekki:
Saraki did not received any invitation from them

Mogidi:
Saraki remains the number 3 citizen in Nigeria, APC is inviting anarchy.
The APC goons don't know this, they are simply making things difficult for themselves

PMB sent an invite to APC senators, Sarakill declined. VP PYO sent an invite to Sarakill, he said, 'he couldn't honour an invite from a mere Commissioner'. APC sent a letter indicating the names of principal officers, Sarakill disobeyed.

I don't think Sarakill has ANY right to get angry if such is done to him.

True talk

What has APC internal rancor got to do with official functions of the Federal Government of Nigeria represented by the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary?

Had it been Tambuwal who summoned the permanent secretary who functions as Finance Minister, APC will call for his sack if he declines and constitute the nuisance they represent.

I remember Okonji Iweala and NASS.

APC is officially functioning as the constitutional opposition party in the NASS. What a shame

Only the house plenary and committee have power to summon top government officials. Not an individual parliamentarian (in whatever capacity).
Age comes with learning, Ngwakwe!

Saraki has so much contempt for the law to the extent that he doesn't refer to the law before acting arbitrarily.
This kind of humiliation is what is needed to remind him about the concept of due process.

The article clearly stated that the invitation was made through Senate official correspondence represented by the Clerk.

You can only learn from me as it regards institutionalized protocol.

APC should stop insulting our collective intelligence by experimenting with this regime.

The Clerk’s letter, which was copied the Head of Service of the Federation and obtained by our correspondent read, “I refer to our letter Ref. No. NASS/S//SP/ COS/CORRP/15/1/06 of June 29, 2015 on the above subject matter and your text message of July 7, 2015, to the Chief of Staff to the Senate President, signifying your inability to honour the invitation.

“Your action is a deliberate violation of the provisions of Section 67(2) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999( as amended) .

You are becoming emotional and irrational like Cleverly in addressing constitutional matters.

Continue supporting illegality and opposing yourselves instead of advancing governance by respecting the independence of each organ of government.

APC Federal Executive fighting APC Parliament = Change

The next incident will be flagrant disobedience of Court orders and judgments by the Federal Executive and the institutions it controls.
