scrollmeout: If you are a PR and working, then it wont be so expensive, as you qualify for the child care benefit and child care rebate. |

bossladymo1: Yes, you eligible but be aware that child care benefit is income tested so it is not everybody that gets that. The prayer should be let me not be among those that collect that. |
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by NNBB2012: 1:51pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
timikenzo2: It would be great if you could get positive assessment from Vetasses with the occupation as health and safety advisor. You stand a better chance than HR adviser in that you could apply for 189 provided that you have the required points-60. Vetasses is your assessing authority for both occupations. Check their requirements and run with it. |

NNBB2012: Hahaha....but for a new migrant, it's almost sure you will qualify. Whatever it is sha, the rebate slashes it in half tho, regardless of your income. 1 Like |

Hello Bosslady and friends, thanks for enlightment you have shown on this topic.I have been silently following this trend for a few days. I want to relocate to AU on the PR. I have checked my points and I scored 70 points. I am a systems network engineer with 9 years experience and my profession is under the CSOL list. How do I start this process. I am married with 3 kids, My wife profession also qualifies under the CSOL also. Please I need some advice on the next line of action. Also my kids are all US citizens does this help them in terms of child welfare when I get to AU? Thanks guys |

bossladymo1:Sure, I concur. However, one needs to update their income with the centrelink to avoid paying back to the government at the end of the financial year. |

NNBB2012: I read in the news that one woman was sentenced to jail for lying to centrelink, and claiming over 250k in benefits. She now has to pay it all back! |
