Mizzzbeee: Hmmm! Me I learn a few things from the 48 laws shaaa... Never outshine the master. Always say less than necessary. Two great laws. |

dearpreye:it's manipulative and it's purpose is very negative... Laws created for wat purpose.. Its a constructive system created for a particular purpose... |

Mizzzbeee: Good morning, Mizzzbeee. Hope you had a good night? One of the reasons I'm yet to finish a single book from Robert Greene is because, like you rightly said, most of the laws are manipulative and are tailored towards getting some sinister results. Even the few positive laws have negative corollaries. So in essence, his target audience are core, brutal politicians, not people with some 'Christian' values 1 Like |

balshem: You're the second or so person recommending that book for people here. I'll have to look it up! But you can give us ONE principle needed for success! Good morning. |

dearpreye:r seems to be 3 and n seems to be 6. That's the result of my working . . .(it's really long though ) but I don't want to conclude until I proof it. Which I haven't done. Here are some shots from my workings. 1 Like 1 Share

Teempakguy: You're sure doing great. I'm keenly following the workings. Great efforts there. |
Re: Which Book Are You Currently Reading? Share Some Thoughts! by Nobody: 11:12am On Jul 18, 2015 |
dearpreye:YES! I have indeed proved it. The common ratio is 3 The number of terms amount to 6 Took me two days to solve. 1 Like 1 Share |

Teempakguy: Hallelujah! I'm deeply impressed. I knew you were going to get it following the steps you're taking. Please, let me clearly see the workings. Please. I'll have to write it out and then see the way you solved it. The answers are correct. I dropped that question in the maths section here more than 4 months ago, I think. No attempt. No answers. |

Ups01: Yes. I agree too. At the same time, I've used the two laws I mentioned to a positive effect. The rest seemed too extremist for me. |

dearpreye:pls in wat context was "never outshine the master" written? |
Re: Which Book Are You Currently Reading? Share Some Thoughts! by Nobody: 5:44pm On Jul 19, 2015 |
Mizzzbeee: Very straightforward. Always endeavour to project the image of your superior more than you do yours. Always defer to your leader. Don't seek to appear more intelligent and wise than him. Never argue with the boss. Give them respect. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Mizzzbeee: Somehow. ..but reading it there reinforced it in my subconscious. Sometimes we contravene this law without knowing. Happy Sunday. Hope service was wonderful? |

Mizzzbeee: I thought am the only one that has this negative notion about this book. The rules doesn't provide the desired result. I ll always go for Dale Carnegie books anyday anytime. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hibiscuss: Hahaha. After reading the first few laws I knew I wasn't amongst his target audience. Dale Carnegie? I have one of his books HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS. I've read it more than twice. 1 Like 1 Share |

dearpreye: You are right bro. 'How to make friends and influence people' was his first book I read and I later moved on to his books on public speaking. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hibiscuss: He's a great motivator. He played no little role I'm my passion for motivational speaking. I won't fail to mention Brian Tracy and Robert Schuller |
Re: Which Book Are You Currently Reading? Share Some Thoughts! by Hibiscuss(m): 10:21pm On Jul 19, 2015 |
dearpreye: Am having collections of Brian Tracy books and he had helped to develop great interest in 'selling'. I will say he's my role model. But he writes all his books same way. He repeat points in all his books. Most of his books are like giving different tittle to a single book. 1 Like |

dearpreye: One of my mates basically waxed lyrical about the book and I decided to look it up. Saw a few excerpts, a few lines here and there that blew me away. The fact it's hard to find has only made me more intrigued. You'd do well to look for it. Please keep in touch. Thanks a lot! 1 Like 1 Share |
