Lol what is the difference btw PUNCH and the NATION? If the senate clerk forged the 2015 senate rules can you please show me the original version of the 2015 senate rule before it was forged?

Both the police and the so-called unity forum senators have no case. Making the standing senate rules for the incomming NASS is the perogative of the senate bureacrats led by the clerk. It can however be amended within the life of that senate by 2/3 majority of the senators. The senate rule for any senate can only be in force for the life span of that senate after which it dies. That is why the senate rules are named after each senate 1999,2003,2007,2011 and 2015

If you want to challenge the powers of the NASS bureacrats to create the standing rules for the incomming senate simply go to court!!!! All this talks of forgery and alteration between the 2007 standing rule(which died with the 6th senate) and the new standing rule 2015 for the 8th senate is just laughable
At the embolden, are you saying you know more than the police?

Stagnant..? Will that put their salaries and allowance in same state? NO. who suffers the outcome of a stagnant senate house..? The MASSES.

On the contrary the senat would remain very active for the next four years and will work hard to ensure that Buhari's paeroto principle of 97% and 5 % is not actualised!!!! About the so-called forgery. The idiots and their masters know they have no case else they would have been in court long before now.All the do is to sponsor propaganda in the media just like this one to decieve the gullible ones

Now that they are done with the National Assembly, can the police quickly move over to the presidency? A more formidable forgery case will easily be established there. . People who forged their way to power are trying to arrest fellow "forgers". .

Nigerian Police establishing Forgery ....Since when?

Abeg make we hear word jare!!!

Buhari should just dissolve this National Assembly if it is possible, they are an embarrassment to the nation.
The presidency has not the power to dissolve an independent National Assembly.

Let the ruling party resolve its internal problems, and watch camaraderie return in both the red and green chambers.

This goes to show that though they call the administration of PMB 'slow' PMB and his team still know what they are doing.

I believe many of our politiciAns still believe they're in the administration of GEJ where 'do any how' was the order of the day. I believe, by the time many of our political elite start going to jail, they will start taking PMB seriously.

This was what Lamido Sanusi did when he was CBN governor, he exposed the so called 'big wigs' in the banking industry for massive corruption, and they faced the music.

Nigerians shouldn't forget, "though a snail is slow, it still knows where it is going".
We should continue to be patient abi? Maybe patient till boko haram wipes off every human in the NE or ND insurgency cripples our economy or maybe when Buhari finishes implementing his 97% and 5 % principle

Saraki's greediness and his dubious alliance with the PDP is his greatest undoing. He should be preparing for another election for the Senate Presidency. The current charade will be thrown out.

And if the Clerk was the one that led this subversion of the Constitution, he should be thrown in jail for Forgery.

PDP, TANoids and their Wailing Crew can cry all they want, justice will be served.

Our Movement for Change is beyond the Greediness of Saraki.

And what has happened to Buhari and the case of forged certificate and an affidavit claiming that the said certificate was with Nigeria Military Board were as he never submitted it(perjury)
When you have a master in forgery as the head, the subordinates will learn faster than you think. Let them do anyhow and open up the canker worm for everybody to see.

Abiooo we have a serious forgery of an SSCE statement of result by Buhari himself.I think Saraki should fight back by also setting up an adhoc committe to probe the dullard forgery of the WAEC/Ccambridge's statement of result

Saying you know more than The Nigeria Police Force only prove that you know nothing at all.

You speak of facts, what facts? Facts contorted that can only be seen and perceive by you and your ilks? And are you also saying you have more facts than the Police?

If investigation show that the NASS clerk is guilty of forgery, he should face the music. There isn't anytime for playing to the emotion of Nigerians anymore.

Bros a crime has been committed.one doesnt need law to solve this, common sence is enough, the law states that only the senate can amend the order, and the senate was not inugurated at the time this order was amended neither did the last senate amend it.so which senate produce the 2015 rules?secondly the law never at any point in time give the clerk the power to amend the rules,so once again where did he get his authority from.the truth the clerk thought PMB government would be same as GEJ .for that jail is calling him.

Are you aware that Senate Standing Order (2007) was amended and Clause added on how any further amendment should proceed?

Below was not followed, therefore Saraki's election was null and void.
Paragraph 110(1) of the Senate Standing Orders 2007 (as amended) says: ” Any Senator desiring to amend any part of the Rules or adding any new clause shall give notice of such amendments in writing to the President of the Senate giving details of the proposed amendments.

“The President of the Senate shall within seven working days of the receipt of the notice, cause the amendments to be printed and circulated to members. Thereafter, it shall be printed in the Order Paper of the Senate.

“The Mover or Movers of the amendments shall be allowed to explain in detail the proposed amendments. Thereafter, the Senate shall decide by simple majority votes whether the amendments should be considered or rejected.

“If the decision is to consider the amendments, then another date shall be set aside by the Rules and Business Committee whereby opportunity would be given to Senators to further propose amendments but must strictly be confined to the original amendments. “Two-third majority shall decide the amendments and such amendments shall form part of the Rules of the Senate.”

How did PMB forge his way into Aso Rock? Was the 2015 election not free and fair?.

Seeing that BH haven't yet wiped off the NE since 2007, I see no reason how they will be able to do it now.

You speak of insurgency in the ND, funny, I don't know where you get your news from because I'm not aware of any insurgency. The ND militants are enjoying their amnesty deal as far as I know.

My brother, don't mind those propagandists boofoons. They will never agree to simple facts. They are blinded by hate as well as inordinate and destructive desires to victimise, witch-hunt and end up deceiving the ignorant that they are fighting corruption.

Some of us know better. And like I always say in any and every fora, if your hands are not clean, avoid equity.

The way this apc led government is mis-firing, it is not a matter of praying for Nigeria or wishing Nigeria well, if the person at the helms of affairs is not fair to all, we can always tell the end of his government vis-a-vis his end. No prayers or fancy wishes are required.
