Bros, use your uncle as a sponsor. You would know this if you had been reading previous pages of this thread. My guy, you need to step up your game! Read read read!!!!! Don't be lazy, no offense intended. Just start from page one of Part 8, it shouldn't take you more than four days to read. Also, Google is your friend. Whatever you do, do not send in forged documents.

oh!! Thank you brother.. It just that I heard it will be preferable my direct parent should be my sponsor and their accounts should range from like 30m and above but I have an uncle who have up to that amount in his account but I don't know if it still okay if I use him and for the tuition fee, I have about 1.5m at hand now hope it not too small?

Sorry to hear that. I reckon there is an omission somewhere.

Visit VFS website, there is a phone number there. They will redirect your call to the right office.

Cheers!

Hello house, I wanna apply for Masters study in university of saskatchewan. Does anyone know anything about the school or anyone in the school already to enlighten me about the school?
Thanks

Please someone should attend to my post. Am in need of information
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by justicia: 6:34am On Jul 30, 2015
Morning All. Pls when CIC says on ur medical instruction form that you have 30 days to do ur medics, does it mean 30 days or 14 days. I just wana be clear cos av heard pple say its actually 14 and not 30 even though its 30 days that written on my medics instruction form (online route). Am asking because I wana be sure that in the event that the hospital sends my medical results to CIC outside 14 days, there will not be issue of not doing it within the required period.

No fixed days bro.
My biometrics deadline was 30 and same for medics. And there still some people here with 14 days for medics, it just varies like that.

Good Morning.

Online routers, their passport doesn't come with one, you will receive an update from MYcic before your application is closed, that is the POE letter, you download it there.
Is your application now closed?

Unless you applied via paper

Hello House, I submitted my passport request last Friday (24th July), and got Application approval update on my CIC account on 28th July. Since I didnt get any POE letter or message to come pick up my passport, I tracked on VFS site this morning and saw "Visa application, tracking ID No.201506xxCALASTUxxxx – Your processed passport is ready for collection , on 28/07/2015 at the Canada Visa Application Centre. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website"

Does that mean my passport is ready for collection? What about the POE letter that I'm yet to receive, will it come with it, or should I wait till the normal message is sent? I'm not in Lagos, and will be travelling down for it. Kindly urgently advise on what needs to be done. Thanks

And for the POE, it's the same thing I'm trying to tell @Lovina, log into your MyCiC account and download it, under the passport request letter, you will see it.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by TheBae: 7:22am On Jul 30, 2015
You're right but to be honest this money lodgement thing isn't really a big deal as long as there's a good flow of cash in and out of the account and the credit is more that the debit transactions. My sponsor statement showed that almost 100% of the money in the account was dropped in there just a week before I printed it to apply and I didn't have to explain that to anyone. Good inflow is key. I stand to be corrected sha as all cases are unique
TempusQ:
IMO
Use the loan to pay for your full tuition and accommodation...
Include the receipt for both in your TRV application...
How much does your sponsor has in his account?
He should then state that (he's already paid for your tuition and accommodation) in his affidavit of support...
Then, pledge additional 1million naira for your remaining expenses.

With this, you don't have to explain yourself about lodgement nor loan, because after using your account to make all this payments,
your SOA ending balance will appear normal.
ALSO
To cover your tracks, don't let the loan enter your account direct,
It should enter your sponsor's account (hope your brother won't mess with it),
Your sponsor will then transfer it to your account (which you'll use in paying for your tuition & accommodation),
So that, while going through your statement if they notice the amount that entered your account on a particular day,
They'll understand it came from your sponsor (your sponsor should use his full name in making the deposit).
Immediately after printing your brother's SOA, wire your remaining cash back to your own account to avoid story for the gods.

Please don't mind my thoughts if it don't seem good enough.

I bow to be corrected by the gurus

I'm having similar experience too. Sounds a bit confusing. Did you get any message before you went to pick your passport? I didnt get any yet, but just tracked on vfs and saw passport ready for collection. I'm waiting for the gurus to advice on what should be done.

Okay thanks. I just logged in to my CIC account and downloaded under the passport request letter again, its the same passport request letter sent earlier, nothing new on it. Other correspondence remains "submission, confirmation of submission, biometrics, medical, passport request".

In this form "you have a new message in your MyCiC account" before you tracked?

If yes, perhaps you have to write accra.immigration@international.gc.ca, IF no, then patience, it will come.

I don't understand what you mean by that statement.

If you received any "youdonotreply" message, normally 2 (about a update in your app and about a new message in your app) and you are yet to get the POE, then you need to write accra.immigration@international.gc.ca and complain to this effect.

@topebamidele.. this is what I meant..

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by Nobody: 7:39am On Jul 30, 2015
No I didn't. The last time I got a mail was 28th July, saying 'Your application has been update', and after that I logged in and saw my Application page has been closed and application approved. I just tracked out of curiosity this morning and saw passport ready for collection on 28/07/2015.

That was why I asked if I can go. I'm yet to get a message from VFS for collection either. So like you advised, I will just take some jegaquin and excise patience. Thanks a lot
