You commissioned a vessel in 2005, next 2006, next 2007, and last one 2008.....timeline will be written in history as 2005,2006,2007,2008.

History will not wipe away those dates from records, it will always show 4 years, that is how commissioning history is recorded worldwide.

You dont's record commissioning history in days, world standard is years.....dates of commission will show 4 different dates, it spanned over 4 different years.

You are not smart enough to learn the difference. Mumu

I despise the education that you received no wonder Nigerian universities cannot even make top 1000 of world university ranking. Even in history counting of years starts with the forthcoming year and if months are know the better and accuracy of the dates.

Beauty doesn't equal effectiveness you dummy domingo southie dunderhead!

We all know South-African Navy Frigates come with Defective and Obsolete combat suites.

I will bet on the SA navy Frigate.
You keep saying its obsolete yet it has the same combat suit as the Charles De Gaulle class, La Fayette class and the F3000-class.

That's not the case.

Commissioning are always calculated in the actual year they are done, and not months. So, if I commission a boat in December 31st of 2013, and commission the second in January 1 2014, it would always be on record that one boat was commissioned in 2013 and the other in 2014.

You like to claim that it is the same, however, the technical details i shared extensively in this thread Proved beyond all doubt that South-Africa's Frigates are obsolete.

Technical details of the Saudi and French boats are not available, however that of South-Africa is and it confirms that yours are obsolete.

NNS Aradu guns and missiles have longer range, plus Aradu has torpedoes, your Mendi has empty tubes grin grin

1. Aradu is not operational
2. Aradu has no qualified crews
3. Who says you have torpedoes and we dont?
4. I guess you dont know what torpedoes are used fot

Very old video of 2014, Boko attack on NAF base Maiduguri, burnt old abandoned scrap MiG-21 jets of 1977. Bokos retreated after NAF riflemen returned fire.

LOL....you don't even know what an F-7 looks like, yet you claim you know it's combat capabilities....FOOL !

So when you Abandon your jets you line them neatly up on the runway?

So you are saying that its ok that bh infiltrated your base and destroyed millons in equipment?

Nope, your gunboat cannot fire gun on target when the boat's hull is swinging up and down doing what Helmod Heitman calls SUMBARINE DIVE grin grin

Your gun will be shooting into the water/seabed killing fish and crabs grin grin

If South African frigates and submarines had caught the pirates off the Angolan coast in your own backyard region of SADC, they would not have escaped as far as ECOWAS.....it's the thief you fail to catch that escapes to another man's waters....SAN is OPV dead
.

1. Automated and stabilized guns - as the ship moves up and down with the movement of waves the crew simply wait for the right time to fire
1a. Are you saying the ocean is allways rough?
2. So you say our Valour class must teleport from Simons Town to Angola to catch pirates?

Your whole hurr durr pirates in angola agrument is beyond ludicrous - fact is that the pirates thought so little of your navy that they sailed TOWARDS them

Operation of a ship is not same as sailing it around at home.

Do you have all BATTLE STATIONS ABOARD FULLY MANNED ? Nope.

So you CANNOT go to war with more than one ship one sub at a time. Defenceweb published the report not me. Go sulk all you want grin grin
.

Augustus does not know what is required for sea acceptance trials!!

Please publish that article again - as usual you are misquoting it.

Nobody needs citation for NNS Aradu missiles and guns ranges on this forum, it's been repeated so much we all got tired of it.

Do the guns work?
Do the missiles work?
Is there a crew to work them?

Answers:
- yes maybe
- probably not
- definitly not

NNS Aradu refit about to start at home. 2 Lynx ASW helos in reserve. 4 missile armed IPV-MPV orders confirmed by grapevine.

FACT: South Africa can only operate one frigates at a time SAYS DEFENCEWEB
FACT: South Africa has NO TORPEDOES in Valour frigates tubes
FACT: South Africa has no modern maritime security ships at all
FACT: South Africa has no stealth patrol force, your sailors drink sea water in Warrior craft
FACT: South Africa has naval maritime air cover MPA

Come back to us when you have a Navy that your SADC region can call for help in time of need, stop depending on Nigeria to save you !
.

- aradu non operational for 7 years, no crew to man it
- obsolete helos in storage no pilot to fly it, no crew to operate its equipment

i am not responding to your nonsense about "grape vine"

1. Defence web did not say that
2. 2 Frigates and 1 sub fully operational at any one time - proven by exercisea
3. Why do torpedoes matter? Do you even know what ships use torpedoes for?
4. Valour class is modern, Heroin class is modern. Strike craft are more modern than most of your navy
5. Valour class is stealth, Heroin class is as stealthy as a vessel can get - you really didnt think that through did you?
6. What is the Lynx? What is the DAK?

Dude, grow up, you statements about Angola are weak and you know it.

Facts are these:
1. NN has no capacity for conventional warfare
2. The majority of NNs fleet is around 44 years old, the majority of NN fleet is non operational
3. You are unable to secure you own waters - Nigeria is a global piracy hotspot

Come back to us after:
- your Coast Guard has been able to do its nob and secure your waters
- you have replaced your coast guard with a navy

Loser
