obiaguna:so evryone wants to call the guy now.lol The guy in question might be the program director michealfinn's course whc is a diff frm all other programs and requirements. Follow Michealfinn's path and talk to the program cordinator of your intended program. His program reqs might be diff frm other programs offered at UoOttawa. 2 Likes |

Actually @michaelfinn's situation now makes sense. I went to the UOttawa site and apparently the minimum grade acceptable for a Nigeria BSc, depending on the graduate course of interest, is 2:2. See here. Indeed surprising. I agree it is better to just email the UOttawa program coordinator of whichever graduate program one is interested in to find out if they would consider one's application or if it would automatically be declined. pweetyfelicia: 4 Likes |

I'm going to stick to Diamond and Stanbic though. Gtb will only be if those 2 have issues cos their rates are too unfriendly. Unfortunately Stanbic USD went up to N207 just yesterday after being on N199 for a long time Enough of the derailing sha. Thanks for your concern GboyegaD: |

TheBae:I don't think its derailing the thread oo, as upkeep is inportant. I don't want to open a new bank account. I use Ecobank and UBA. Ecobank recently started selling PTA. As for ATM charges, the customer service rep I just spoke to obviously doesn't have a clue; she actually said there are no ATM withdrawal charges outside Nigeria. I asked another rep, he said there are charges, he doesn't know the exact charge. I will go to another branch. Any info on Ecobank and UBA will be appreciated |

You're welcome. Getting ready to. Hopefully soon. Weighing pros and cons of changing my initial sponsor; insufficient funds was primary reason I was refused earlier. [quote author=SeraSera post=36625328] |
