@daudugodswill
Sorry about your delay.

You ahve to be strong. You are still very young so you shouldn't give up easily. Think about santohfils that got his on the third attempt.

Illl like to ask these questions.

What program are you going for bearing the fact that you're a minor you should be going for a UG.
Instead yousaid you're going to ICM for a preparatory diploma courses which was a tun off for the VO.

Let me say you made a mistake due to lack of exposure or ignorance.

Now I want you to get a straight UG admission in any school of your choice and refire.

I am very very positive you will get it.

You don't need to f** canada,..u didn't maximise your circumstance to your advantage.

Really on another thought....

Why can't purpose of visit just stand alone...

Which one is personal asset and financial situation for a minor.... cry cry cry cry cry

This people really haave to become more Explicit in their reasons......
I love the UK emmbassy....the explanation given would just be sufficient to address the concerns...

So my own wait is over so is my quest to study in Canada.
Got a refusal mail right now, abeg no condolence please, at least i have ascertained that CIC is an organization with no laid down procedure nor rules. My Only regret is that i should have listened to Mrnilbrown earlier.
After i was refused for insufficient available finance for tuition and living expenses in my first app.
The second app i was refused for insufficient available finance for living expenses and personal assets. (Both time my sponsors finance were very good but i didn't include my SOAs and Assets though i stated my employment status and earnings.

Well this time around it is purpose of visit and length of stay can you imagine that ?

Well this what i submitted for this final application

SOP
Letter of Introduction from Employer
My SOAs 250K, 50K, 10K
My Fixed deposit 2.2M (This fixed deposit was made since Dec last year).
My Stock evaluation and portfolio (250k).
Tuition receipt Payment (27,205 CAD).
Degree result
Neco result
My Resume

Sponsors Affidavit of sponsorship.
Sponsors Letter of intro from Employer stating salary (8M).
Sponsors SOAs 3.4M/1M.
Sponsors Property documents.
Birth certificate.

I changed institutions from Conestoga to Centennial because my program at conestoga didn't have a September intake.
Both programs where the same and post graduate programs and i explained this in my SOP and even put there website to buttress my point.

What i would like to know is how CIC suddenly realized that they dont understand my purpose of visit and length of stay after two applications were refused for financial reasons but not for purpose of visit sounds quite phony.
In conclusion CIC is rogue organization!!!!!

Well it has been a pleasure being part of this wonderful family.
Thanks to everyone and God bless you all

All guru in the house, this is to let you all know that I am yet to receive answer to my enquiry or is this forum dedicated to Canada education visa issue only?

My question is this:
Is it possible to be granted a visa after purchasing a house in Canada from Nigeria? I would love to be visiting Canada thereafter once in a while.

Please advise and enlighten me

Dang. I'm so sorry to hear that dude. This is really perverse of CIC to have denied you for a new reason after you had addressed the insufficient funds issue. Very annoying and unethical of them!

Question: did you refer to your reasons for previous denial? I'm wondering if the VO treated it as a new application without considering that you had only been denied for insufficient funds before.

Just wondering, I haven't heard people discuss the use of the following bank cards for payment for use abroad. Zenith, Skye, UBA, FCMB, Sterling, Unity..........

Anyways, I was at Fidelity and GTB today and was told PTA sales has been suspended..

Boss, have you heard the Tupac song "the good die young"? That's my opinion about justice in the world -- it doesn't really exist. But we can always do our best and try to mitigate risks as best we can.

Ok just replied your PM. Check your email.
Btw, I didn't mean to infer any incompleteness on your part-- i read your old posts a while ago and you were detailed in addressing the "insufficient funds" issue. I was just trying to reconstruct how CIC could have invented a new reason this time. Maybe they didn't read your SOP? I'm having a hard time understanding how they could be this malicious and heartless.
