The helicopter belonging to Bristow Helicopters crashed into the lagoon near the Oworonshoki towards end of the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos on August 12th, 2015.
According to reports, NEMA and the Nigerian Police carried out rescue operations and it was learnt that 3 out of the 12 people onboard died in the lagoon helicopter crash, while the other 9 were taken to the nearby Gbagada General Hospital.

Bristow Helicopter Limited on Thursday promised to assist survivors and families of the dead victims of its ill-fated chopper that plunged into the lagoon on Wednesday in Lagos.

Pls be enlightened before making ur comments. Of course helicopters can accommodate up to 12 persengers and 3 crew members, especially the ones used by Bristow which is mostly used in transporting workers to and from oil rigs.

I just wonder if some people read with their eyes or with their nose. Even with the news all over the media. Well it shows the class of person dat you are. Perhaps you feel like making comments on NL to get noticed.

My point is that next time don't go about bragging that helicopters that has about 15 passengers on board must be a bus.
