Unless its pregnancy, if not, no matter how fine or pretty a lady is, if I sight any fold mountains on her abdomen region, I get disgusted. Worse is seeing these ladies with pot bellies wearing tight blouse and tucked into a jean. Yurk!!!

Will take years to loose my packs,I don't find big tummy women attractive,I'm glad my girl hits d gym a lot and I'd encourage her even after we married. Big tummy is a sign of laziness,bad diet and indiscipline.

I work with a lecturer with tummy so big I have to tie his shoes for him.

I asked how does one find the toto and I was told there are ways.

Using a telescope is one of such ways.

eat alot of veg. And do atleast 100 sit ups every day, run for a long distance for atleast 1hour, drink lots of water and you will get your flat belly back.

And definitely NO MORE FANTA or any sugary food.

You don't need much work... Just strap ur belly after ur first delivery! Though it'll be very painful... Strap it for months and untill ur internal wounds begin to die off... Strap it while eating and strap it when going to bed... Do this for few months then on ur next delivery...it will never grow bigger! No matter how many foetus u grow inside you! And it'll never affact ur babies... Note that ur tummy will swell but will shrink after delivery..!!! Goodluck!

It's amazing how a whole bunch of peeps on here kept referring to 'tummy' as 'stomach'. The op even went ahead to pluralise d poor organ as if she has many in her life..except u are surgeon or a butcher/boko har*m, am almost certain u haven't seen a human stomach before. So bae what is usually flat or protruded, as the case may be, is the tummy or abdomen (ab 4 short). The stomach is the sack-like organ deep inside d tummy..its primary function is to store undigested food.

Travel to Nigeria from Europe, America and Asia and Nigerians will often comment that you look HELDY - meaning you've put on weight.

I suppose because adults are more visible in Nigeria society than young people are, opinion has cotton on to the wrong notion of what Nigerians actually are like physically. In Western societies, after the sixties, youth culture and youthfulness became more visible and more representative of society. In Nigeria, mature people, adults still dominate society even though youth are massively in the majority. Ninety percent of Nigerians are slim, muscular, sinewy and flat stomached.

@ my place of we eat 3 time 5:30 breakfast, 11:30 lunch & 5:30 dinner
As a result of the feeding system the company made available a standard gym for us
u tell u, in a yard of more than 300 people only about 10 of us are utilizing this gym

The weather is too hot to exercise.
