I was sent a link for Assessment yesterday night. Did anyone receive this? After doing the assessment, was sent a congratulatory mail for the next stage which is phone interview.

I also got a congratulatory message after taking the test but I was told to expect a personality test, I thought the next phase was the phone interview. Pls who else got this?

After the test is the assessment, if you pass, next is phone interview, then if successful, you will be called for physical interview.

I got my personality test link 2 days after taking the psychometric. There is nothing to worry about regarding what the personality test is like since what they wanted to know is your kind of person, situation as it applies to you which I believe would be matched with the requirements of the position they are considering you for. You also have the privilege to download the analyzed report after the assessment which will also give you understanding of who you are.
