Attend the interview but ask questions regarding the terms and conditions of the job and if you wish the payment structure. As far as I know DSA is on contract and subjected to poor pays. Access may be different, I do not know but you will do well to ask after your interview.

I just hope she hears and stop arguing. As long as it is DSA work, it is on contract and u never get promoted nor converted to Staff. I have done the work before in Diamond bank. Ur job responsibility is to acquire Customers for the bank and mobilise for deposits through the bank's products offering. The bank just keep using u to increase their customers and deposits and paying u peanuts. But when they permanent Staff they recruit fresh graduates with 2.1 and Masters through their site.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone sha, but it's important u know the nature of the job u are going in for.

I know diamond pays 18k maybe now 25k but you can't compare Diamond to other banks

I went for the screening yesterday and I asked the HR.... the pay is 50k and you will also be paid based on commission..... but 6k will be deducted for pension.

After I indicated my interest, she proceeded to conduct a short interview with me and then told me about the salary scheme. She said that Access offers N50,000 but my take-home will be N45,000 as N5,000 will be deducted for insurance cover. She asked me to reply to her mail with my CV and scanned copy of my credentials.
Yesterday, I got a text message from Sumeru Limited inviting for an interview at Access Bank branch in my location on 20th August.
I will update the outcome of my interview tomorrow.
