Don't get me wrong o! I was happy she won for selfish reasons. But from a political strategy point of view, that was a bad hand for Ndi Igbos.

We would have loved to produce the Senate president if we could and Ngige was a sure bet for President if he had won based on his years in the Chambers.. But Ekwunife is new and can't be made President on her first run.

I find the comment of the ohanaeze youth council hypocritical and filled with cynicism. The south-east did not vote for Buhari, yet they want to be part of his administration - on what basis - federal character or sheer selfishness for ones' pocket.

May I state for the records that the President has the right to appoint anybody to be part of his administration. Also, he should comply with the constitution and appoint his ministers from all the states in the country.

I would blame the President for the public chaos that his appointment has created. He should have published a comprehensive list of his ministers and advisers, instead of churning them out in bits
