@row2ray, there is nothing attached or associated with it at all. I have some farmlands in Benin and my family members are too lazy to go to farm and I am not residing in Nigeria at the moment. I just want a dedicated farmer who will put the land into good use. Of course I could charge a fee for it, but money isn't everything bro. I will be happier and more contented if I visit you farming on my land progressively, that's the only cost you have to pay.

I have already given it out to a young farmer who is into cucumber. I will definitely let you know as soon as I have access to other farm lands I might not be developing in few years.
