Amigo, there's some bad news and some good news.. First, the bad news, someone told me that the Waec has stopped issuing new certificates to people as it's being used for fraud.. Then the good news, the same person said sworn affidavits can help.. He said he did it and he's now in 300level in Uniben.. So meaning, an affidavit could suffice,, easier and cheaper... Whoooaa!
