Please, I finally got to upgrade my z10 some days back but I am kinda regretting it. The phone gets hot now, once I try to charge it, it will show that "bolt" sign indicating it's charging for a few seconds and then the sign will disappear and that sign that shows that the battery is full will appear and the phone will be discharging instead of charging. I had to buy two chargers within the space of days thinking it was charger problem yet no way. To charge it now, I just switch the phone off once it gets full and I switch it on, it will indicate that the battery life is just 1 hour and it keeps draining

I want to renew my glo BlackBerry plan the Comonth plan, I keep getting this error response from 777 (Sorry, you are not allowed to make this change. Kindly choose another Data Plan.) pls I need help in house to solve this problem

Glo bis doesn't allow you to have more than 3 subscription cycles running back to back. That is why you're getting that error message


You have to wait until you exhaust your data or your data expires to start again

If you're unable to charge your device, it's a hardware problem and has nothing to do with the OS upgrade

Either your USB cable is bad or the charging port on the device is bad

it could just be a network error...has nothing to d with your phone...just try again later

there's no restriction on the size of downloads in any OS...describe what error you get when u try to download or post screen shots so we can understand your challenge better

Tmobile Q10 is such a... well, it's still BB10 and it's lovely but not sharing in the happiness of updates is frustrating.

Each time I try downloading any item either video or any stuff above 20MB. It keeps telling me dat I can't download it with my network, dat I should connect with WiFi

Whats the resolution like? And at that 1:1 aspect ratio on a 4.5" panel, can you read for extended periods without hassles?

Would you recommend the passport for an avid reader who spends at least 2hours daily reading books?
Or do you think a small-sized tablet will still be needed?

the problem with tablets even the 7" is that you cant log them around all day...with a passport, its your regular phone and reader and you can squeeze a page or two in throughout your day irrespective of where you are

ultimately, a tablet provides larger screen for a more comfortable reading but doesnt give you the versatility and latitude that comes with a passport
