Findings:
The uterus is well appreciated - normal size and shape. Measures 8.9 × 4.0cm (length and AP diameter).
There's mild thickening of the Endometrial stripe in the upper half with fluid collection.
Both ovaries are enlarged; with multicystic changes.
Rt Ovary 5.7×5.1 cm
Lt Ovary 5.7×4.3 cm
Each cyst on the Rt has an approximate volume of 2.7cm^3
Pouch of Douglas is hazy.
impression: (1) sub acute endometritis. (2) Bilateral follicular cysts (13th day of circle). (3) sub acute pid.
DD: Bilateral PCO

#thickening of endometrial strip is also known as endometriosis. It's a condition where ur uterus lining is inflamed. It is usually not serious and can be treated with antibitoics if it's @ d early staged but. Untreated infections can lead to endometriosis and this can also lead to major reproductive issues and infertility.
It is caused by chlamydia, ghonorea summtims it occurs after childbirth or during miscarriages. U shud also see your doc immediately pls take care of ur self

I was placed on dat metformin n clomid last year oo for like 3 cycles oo and nothing happened, got tired of it n stopped. Moreover am not even fat oo. I took some herbal capsules 'fibroidzin'. yea I will say I notice some improvement, cos while taking d drugs I went for scan n it showed d fibroids were degenerating, after then took more herbs, since then no pain, no bleeding after BD, no heavy flow during PM n no liquid discharge (sorry tmi)

It was pain. Bt dat was because I feel pains a lot. I can't stand injection n menstrual cramp can even make me hate dh. In fact, I'm nt in any way a fan of pains so I can boldly say it was really painful.
Aspa were I did it. It was in Makurdi, Benue State.

@shat01, the knowledge I have of duphaston is that it delays AF to enable implantation for somone who has short luteul phase and it is usually taken from CD17 after ovulation to CD25, if taken early it can hinder ovulation cos it is a progesterone drug and secondly the drug should be avoided cos in a way it delays af for no reason and can make your cycle irregular, as usual, Vitex is the herb of choice for people with irregular cycle/pcos. Kindly use it to balance your hormones so you don't have to induce af always. If u always induce af, it means u are not ovulating cos af comes exactly 14days after ovulation....hope u have not been using it wrongly which might be the reason u are having this experiences

Meanwhile, clean point tampon is also recommended for people with irregular cycle and it treats PID as well.

In a way, pcos runs in the family of people who are diabetic and its. An early warning sign that you should cut sugar from your diet, weight is not the only symptom, if you read through the list of symptoms u might see the one that describes what you are facing.
