On oil export, we shall work to expeditiously reduce oil exports and build industries at home to make use of our vast natural oil and gas resources. Goal: End oil exports. Target is to use as much oil as South Korea which uses about 2.3 million barrels of oil PER DAY (what Nigeria exports). South Korea uses more oil than France, UK, Canada, Australia, or even Mexico. Germany is the only European country that uses more oil than South Korea. South Korea ranks 9th in the world, while Nigeria ranks 45th! South Korea is 49 million, while Nigeria is 170-180 million! The most shameful thing about Nigerian oil use is that Nigeria ranks even lower than tiny Libya in use of oil; tells you all you need to know about Nigeria's population-inflated "GDP". We need real economic base upon which to build a modern country, where everyone wins, not few theiving politicians who inflate prices of the most necessary commodities, like land. No sign that this can ever happen in Nigeria because all they care about is to export the oil, use the money to allocate to lazy and parasitic "states". No doubt I love the South Koreans because of how they have built their country (though under US tutelage); we can do the same in Biafra. 2 Likes |

xyzhill: There will be a government offered health insurance for everybody, but the vast majority of people are expected to carry private insurances offered by their jobs. The central plank of the economic planning is JOBS, and everything will revolve around it. All employers will be mandated to offer health insurances that must meet a government defined target. The government offered insurance would be for people who are out of jobs, eg retirees, unemployed, the invalids, or disabled. 1 Like |

Is smoking marijuana a kind of source of inspiration or reasoning? How can constructing a double bridge between Onitsha and Asaba be surprising to anyone except a baboon who can't reason? I can't fathom such mentality on a human,I give up. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: On education, I suggest students should be allowed and supported to have access to institutions of their area of interest during vacations as interns not only for the so called "I.T" period. I think specific services such as Health, Education etc would have to be based on internationally recognised best practises. In health for instance the emphasis would have to be on patient safety and accesibility of quality health care to the most vulnerable. I think that given that the 'wheel' has already been invented, we have the benefit of being able to look at what works in each of the services we aspire to be like and why the approach works, and then take what we think are relevant to our own peculiar circumstances. For while we are an aggressively independent and capitalist people, we must have systems in place in our Biafra that protect the vulnerable and less able amongst us. That is who we are. 2 Likes |

To recap, the aim of the development strategy is to create a peaceful, safe and progressive society where innovation fuels and sustains development. The product is a citizen that is a HUMAN BEING - one acting as intended by God (or nature). The foundation of the strategy is COMMUNITY BASED FAMILY not the nuclear family. The nuclear family has led to all kinds of problems, chief among which are selfishness, self centeredness, greed, inordinate ambition, get rich or die trying mind, me me and me mind, and Godlessness. This can only happen after a socio/cultural revolution in Biafra. Community based family is what our ancestors practised and it served them well. In those days, children were raised collectively by the community. I know of stories whereby a child whose mother passed away was nursed by other women from same community; a simple example. Kids were safe to walk around and eat from any neighbors without fear. Once this type of family system returns, crime will almost be totally eradicated. Pursuit of inordinate wealth with reduce. These days, "Nigerians" make money for generations unborn hence nobody is safe or incorruptible in Nigeria. I don't see such a social revolution ever happening in Nigeria. 2 Likes |

xyzhill: America, Russia and China are already supplying Nigeria Military weaponry and I don't need the display of your confused Biafra sense. UK, France and Germany are all lining up to supply Nigeria. Besides, Nigeria is going into indigenous production in partnership with foremost companies to ensure self-sufficiency to eradicate 75% of Biafra within 2 weeks. If we keep your population small, say like 5 LGs instead of 5 states, those that remain alive will worship Nigeria all their days! 7 Likes 2 Shares |

While we talk about ideas of how to create a great nation for ourselves and our future generation, haters from the land of darkness only come to sow seed of hate and threats. All I have to tell them is this: We Biafrans are the children of light. We have been mandated by the authorities of the heavens to bring light to DARKEST AFRICA. This mandate we do not take lightly. Our haters are encouraged to suck a bitter lemon. Whenever light enters, darkness MUST flee! Hoohaa! 4 Likes |

Biafra is like a big pig that I want to use to make pork pie. I wrestle it to the ground and tie it both feet and hands. I put my sharp knife through its throat. As soon as I started cutting the windpipe, it was thrashing, kicking and making confused sounds. Yes, that is it, you are making confused noised after the butcher's knife had sunk past biafran windpipe! Biafra can do nothing because it is already dead! So, as we were saying in the prior pages, Biafra will be the first African country to attain first world status. How do I know this? Well we are already halfway there with our current GREAT human resources some of which are better than some European countries. Our literacy level is above 95%, and will be 100% in about 3 years. We can attain that first world status within 40 years while Nigeria cannot attain it in 500 years because there are HUGE populations in the North unwilling and uninterested in that type of stuff. We already demonstrate our taste in the type of buildings we are erecting now in our cities which are world class except the usual absence of public utility -no thanks to Nigeria's 55 years failure. Currently we have almost zero international access. In Biafra we will have at least 5 international airports. Our universities can easily partner with top centers of learning worldwide, because we have the humans who are interested and endowed by God to make these happen. So, without a shadow of doubt, Biafra will almost be the functional opposite of Nigeria. Little wonder the "Nigerians" only have hate when confronted with facts. 4 Likes |
