Just 2 days ago, American fighter jet had to run away into turkey due to an approaching Russian fighter. The United States know how powerful Russia is because Russia is the only country in the world who have the capability to effectively deliver a nuclear weapon in the united States in less than 30minutes, no other country can do such.

Please note that due yo the above, the united States have to keep building bases abroad and then deploy air defences there so as to try to reduce Russia capability of hitting the United States, like they are forming all kind of alliances with lots of countries because no single country can defeat Russia the grandson of the red army in a war

I believe a wise country will not disclose all its weapon of mass destruction. So that the enemy country will not know their strategy and even upgrade on the weapons. Though, some countries make a show of their new weapons to make other countries fear them the more. But not every country will do that.
For them to be called super-power, they must have been tried and tested and they will still have the "it" factor.

If a country has weapons of mass destruction, there is no way to hide it because of it's unique radioactive signature and that it can be easily detected with satellite imagery. This is why iran found it so hard to hide their uranium enrichment programme. Plus, it does not matter the amount you have, all you need is maybe 20 of the right megatons to destroy the whole world. Point is, The US navy have moved far beyond hitting static targets with cruise missiles and have successfully tested synthetically guided Tomahawk missiles that can hit moving targets, alter its course toward the moving target after receiving position updates from surveillance aircraft/drones. They can even loiter over a target area. When Russia have the capability in 2056, Let me know .

The only area Russia can even dream to compete with the US navy is with submarines. Most Russian naval surface ships are old soviet legacy relics. They are modernizing however i will give them that.

S300 is a fascinating piece of technology but USAF wont even break a sweat penetrating it. There are advanced Miniature Air-Launched Decoys that can render it obsolete if it is integrated with Joint Standoff Weapons like AGM-154 and advanced Anti-Radiation missiles. A comprehensive USAF Iron Hand operation will amaze you.
