Hello Mamas, just felt I should mention this before I sleep.
Going by pragmatisms advice, Gangaria is not to be taken the month you are trying.
You should only take Gangaria when you are trying to clean your system in preparation for next cycle.
It should be started at least 6days to the start of d period.
However when it's cd1, please keep it away.

Mummy Ejire also posted her experience as the cyst and follicle disappeared after just 4 or less doses.
Let's not take it the cycle we are trying as its a cleanser and may not allow ovulation.

Please someone should correct me if am wrong.

Af is on day 3 and I had heavy flow today.
Dark red. Like black if am not mistaken
Started gangaria 5days to af and stopped cd1. Even though am not trying this month.
I have decided to stick with only Bcp this cycle.
So I can see if gangaria aided in d 26days cycle as against 45 days of before.

I hate to say she might have lost this again.
Please slow down with trying and carry out the necessary test.
Could be Rhesus factor.
Tell your doctor to check that.
Also make sure she doesn't engage in tideous jobs.
Especially lifting anything or taking bike.
She might be asked to do the bed rest thing next time pregnancy is confirmed.
Also check for progesterone because too much of it wont help either.
Also check if she isn't getting pregnant chemically by using too many drugs to aid in getting pregnant.
Let her see a doctor quickly, the cramps are scarring me.
Plus the good Lord would uphold you and your family.
He would give you joy sooner than u expect.
Just try to find d root cause and let her body rest a bit before trying again.

If she's still on cyclogest, then you'll need to wait it out. Hopefully, it will stick. 6wks is too early for a heartbeat. It's also possible your estimation is slightly off, especially if she ovulated few days after when you thought she ovulated. Also, when you were told it was 6wks, its possible she just clocked 6wks and not 6wks FULLY.
Don't conclude anything yet, just wait a while and let your gynea monitor her and LO closely.

In addition, cos of the previous miscarriages, it could be a rhesus issue which needs to be checked. An injection will be given to her for that. I'm staying hopeful for you, madam and LO. Talk to your gynea abt the rhesus test and close monitoring.

My dear, sometimes when your questions are not answered, just know that a sabi-sabi Mama has not read it yet, or we are just carried away by many pages to read and catch up with.
To your questions:
1. Take pain killers 30mins before the test. Better still, look for a center where they do painless hsg( it costs more though)

2. Just to make sure you're not pregnant, in case his sperm can live in you for up to 5days before O.

3. No need to stop if the dose will extend till after the hsg. In fact, its good to take antibiotics before and after hsg. Although not compulsory but its good so as to prevent pid from becoming worse after the test.

If your hormonal profile is within normal range then no need to worry. Pineapple, ginger, malt&tomato, iron tabs and some other fruits/foods can cause more flow.

Used GUIFEI, stopped sugary stuff, detoxed with Ashietu Adams Bitters and now I was even thinking it will still pouring out until I discovered God Almighty has made me whole in that area. I read somewhere that sugary stuff causes sperm to pour out cos the sugar upsets the natural state of the VJ.
I'm excited, even without raising legs up, everything stays in and I stay dry.

@MummyEsther am hapi 4u 2. It's bfp next. Tanx 4 ur reply 2 my qsts. It made me cry. Bin depressed dis evening. If it were only ttc 4 me, I'd b hapi but I also hv asthmatic and eye issues. My eye drops r not 2b used wen ttc, pregnant or breast feeding. But I don't hv a choice. Was asking God wat is my sin? I try 2 stay positive and hapi wit His word but wen am gasping 4 breath or hv 2 close my eyes 4 minutes 2 stop d pain wen I don't use d eye drops during 2ww, can't help feeling despair. I noticed dat wen I go and do omugwo in my neighbour's house, I don't feel any of dese tins. It's till I get back home b4 dey stat again. Dats y adoption luk so gud 2 me rite now. I feel peace in my soul and body wen am around babies. It is well.

I am also ashmatic, blocked tubes,hormonal imbalance,used to have fibroids but just had a myomectomy, I'm obesse...........but trust me, some other pple still feel my case is better

As for me, I have let go of 2015,all this drug and herb stuff, it's expensive and depressing(i'm not advising dis, i'm just saying I av had enuf for this year)

I think u're ryt, I use to have leaky sperm too, I just treated stap n I've reduced my sugar intake n I've noticed it doesn't leak again, I bliv one of d two worked.

But still my gynea still recommended laparoscopy ooo to be very sure cos he explain to be saying dat some HSG will show blocked tube wen d tubes r not really blocked cos since ur muscles r not relaxed while doing it ur tubes can just stiffed up n it will look as if it is blocked. He still insists on doing laparoscopy with me cos dat one really sees clearly n d good tin is dat u will be put to sleep while on d process making ur muscles to relax hence an accurate result, u won't feel anytin cos u will be sleeping n a small incision will be done on ur naval area n somtin like a microscope will see thro ur whole womb n fallopian tube. My gynea even knew I went thro pains wen he saw my HSG result. Cos he said he has seen where d dye has been forced thro my tubes n making it go elsewhere sef. that dats how dey just carelessly force d dye thro someone without evening wanting to know. Hmmmm God will surEly help us ooo. So I come dey vex sef say dat means instead of d HSG I would have done d laparoscopy in d ist place at once na. Sorry for long post let me stop here. From my own Experience, it will be termed as blighted ovum that is immature egg ovulating or foetus with incomplete chromosomes. But I believe there is nothing God cannot do. I think you should run a hormonal essay/seminal anaylsis. Still consult with a doctor . They know better.

I really wonder what they think when you're going thru pains and having spasms, how will the result be accurate? For anyone taking Serra, GUIFEI to unblock tubes, I advise flushing/selective hsg with the use of anesthesia. That's if laparoscopy cannot be done without doctors order.
