Lastly pls do have any link were i can get d stock rom? Tanks boss |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by saibinc(m): 12:46pm On Oct 18, 2015 |
lordmizzy:That's not conclusive. Watch for a while before you conclude. It could be network problem. |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by Nobody: 1:53pm On Oct 18, 2015 |
bigiyaro:The custom ROM might come with its own recovery which would overwrite the recovery you flashed. But you need a custom recovery to flash a ROM, so go ahead with the recovery, then flash the ROM. Google is your friend for the stock ROM, check the XDA forums if there's a niche for your device. |

bigiyaro:Yes, you can. Are you going to flash it via recovery or with a PC software? |

Hi Guru in the House.. I am having problem with my Techno S9.. the problem i am having with the phone has to do with some APK file popping up at interval whenever i am working on my phone.. this APK file include time service, security pluggin, adobe air, PRO and many more like that.. i have tried times without number to remove this files but fail.. i also disable them in settings but whenever i switch off my phone and open it again, it will come back and active.. i notice that whenever i connect to WIFI, it also activate itself.. what i also notice is that, during booting, their is this message that "android is upgrading" which also takes time unless i force restart.. i installed 3 different mobile antivirus (360 security, kasperky and avast) and during scanning, they see this apk file as malware but they are unable to remove them.. i will appreciate meaningful suggestion to resolve this.. regards, cc: honsule karmanaut |

Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by Nobody: 8:13pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
jobsat34:You need root access to remove , or you may flash your phone (sometimes it doesn't leave after flashing.) Rooting is your best bet. You can unrooted after removing the malware. Google is your friend on how to root your phone. Cheers. |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by Nobody: 8:17pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
Gyrados:If you can boot to recovery your problem is half solved. Just get a PC with ADB installed. Then adb pushthe build.prop file from the same model of phone to your phone. |

oseiwe:You mean like an app you can use to listen to Radio? A radio app for android? There are apps that can do it but the headphones have to act as the FM antenna and there has to be an FM tuner embedded in the bluetooth chip of your device, which apparently a lot of phones have. Spirit FM is good, search the play store for it. If it doesn't work then the problem is either from your kernel or chipset. |

Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by Nobody: 9:45pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
oseiwe:Let me see if I understand... So you have a radio app on your android device, and you want to transmit said broadcast to an FM radio? |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by oseiwe(m): 5:19am On Oct 20, 2015 |
Karmanaut:I meant broadcasting my music to an FM radio. It will broadcast wateva music file dat i'm playin on my fone to a radio. |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by saibinc(m): 6:06am On Oct 20, 2015 |
Karmanaut:Even with root access, such problems are not resolvable. I had that experience with an LG android. I had to flash it to sove the issues. Similarly, several other Tecno and Infinix were solved by flashing. |
Re: Android, Anyone? Part II by saibinc(m): 6:37am On Oct 20, 2015 |
Karmanaut:Custom ROM does not come with custom recovery. Since Custom ROM are being flashed from recovery level rather than Pre-loader or Boot-loader level, so, overwriting the recovery is not possible with Custom ROM. |
