Good morning mama, I mix a tiny portion of Hydrocortisone cream with shea butter and apply on my son's skin whenever he has rashes / pimple like stuff on his face and it works like magic, u can try that.

PS: it was recommended by a Pediatrician.

Your appointments are same as mine, had my baby on the 5th of aug and he had Bcg n d rest that day. The next app are same as urs. U start counting from birth n baby's next app is fixed on d next day d immunisation is taken at d hospital, it subsequent one after d 6wks are at 4wks interval.

Thanks 4 ur reply jare sis.My baby took BCG wen he was 8days old,so d nurse dat did health talk told us dat we should start counting next appt frm dat day n not frm birth.Den they gave us on d 18th sept as our 6wks appt instead of 11th...n on d 16th oct 4 our 10wks instead of on d 9th.And now we re given 13th nov instead of 6th...But anoda nurse told us yestrday dat we shuld start countin frm birth n not frm d 1st day of immunization... Good morning, I think that is about right because my son's has always been counted d same way. Gave birth on d 5th of Aug, had his BCG on d 6th, 6wks appt on d 16th of sept, 10wks on d 14th of Oct and his 14wks is on d 11th of Nov.

My DD had dis wen she was very little, just kept on using ori cos my doc said it was change of skin n it cleared b4 a week. I ll suggest u c a dermatologist pls.

@proudmum, for the immunization, you got only penta & opv. Rota & pneumococal are not free in Edo. Check your baby's card. (Used same hospital b4).

As for the change in eating habits, my kids always go off food after immunization. Try feeding when he is sleepy, that way, reflex action kicks in & he may suck for longer, still continue with the spoon feeding sha. This shouldn't last more than a week/10 days tops.

My 10 months old hates formula. But we made do with breastfeeding for hours morning & evening. But now she is teething & has gone off breastmilk completely for about a week know, forcing me to wean myself. Can i introduce plain milk? I mean Nido, peak 123 is too sugary for our taste. She already eats custard with plain Nido whenever big sis is eating.
(She eats solids & cerelac well.)

The babe don mature jare. Let her eat with her sister, she might end up eating more and before you know it, she's 1 already. Alternatively, u can try any of the follow up milks for 6months - 1yr and see if she will take it. Then u can add that to her regular cereal. I had that experience, my son wanted to eat all his elder sister was eating at 8 months. I tried and tried but he refused so I let him be.

I don get partner b dat. I found out i was alredy 8 wks preggy wen my baby was 9mos + and i had jus got a new job. Wetin person go do na. Thankfully i got a help d week i started working. It wasnt easy stil wt all MS ish. But it wil surely end in praise.
