@Cutiereborn, I guess most mothers believe that hot or warm water helps to flatten d tummy after a CS cos it cleanses d womb or so since u can't excercise or tie tummy for 6 months. I also did CS & I took only warm water for almost 2months, my DS is 4mths now & my tummy is bk to normal.

Pls sabi mama, btw Sebamed baby body milk and Sebamed baby lotion,which is better and more effective?

No problem. My baby took her first doses of pnemo and rotavirus at 7months.
We couldn't get a pharmacy that has in stock in Ado(julie o, twins oo) none had it, so I had to go to Akure to get it at 'his grace' pharmacy.
But for her next dose(7th Nov), I've ordered for it in Aromokeye pharmacy in Ido, hopefully they will have it by then.
Perhaps, if they can't it, I'll have to travel down to Akure for the next doses then(I pity myself cos that road ehn....but na for ma pikin,say make she dey healthy, I gatz to sacrifice sha).
pnemo costs about 9k per dose(3doses) and rota costs about 7kplus(2 doses).
I sincerely hope and I can get it here in Ido sha.

Natural hair is not stubborn, it is curly, dry and very fragile. So all that aggressive combing is why women weren't growing their hair long. Here's what I do.

Use a wide-toothed comb like the one below. Anything smaller is entering very curly hair and snagging in it, causing you to pull harder, causing her to scream in pain. So A WIDE-TOOTHED COMB IS A MUST.

Comb hair ONLY when wet. African hair is the driest and needs moisture (water) constantly. And curly hair detangles better when wet so it is easier to comb. So wet hair.

Once you wet the hair or it's damp, apply either a light absorbing oil like Olive or Coconut oil or a thick butter like Shea (ori) or Cocoa butter to the hair and massage it lightly.

Hair must be damp or wet (wet is better). Then comb gently.

No need to shampoo daily (unless your baby is a professional footballer at her tender age, her scalp is not getting dirty that often) and shampoo is drying to Natural African hair. So maybe once or twice a week (unless you're treating something skin related on her scalp with a medicated shampoo).

Also abeg don't do all those painful tight styles like puff or braids right now. I hate seeing babies with tight hairstyles holding their heads in pain and having traction alopecia (the hairlineof the head is chopping).

Thank you Nurse Kaffy, the warm water started when initally when I could BF immd after birth & then my mum continued stating it helps bowel movement. I had already started stoping the water thing but for this poo that refused to come 6days counting now.
Though she pees and farts(gases), I also make sure she burps after bf. The no pooing of a thing started the day I started limiting her to bf only which is why I started re-introducing the warm water during her morning/night baths.

No idea abt the delay of circumcision in undescended testes, the testes will msot likely descend b4 d 6th month of life after wic if no descent wil b surgically corrected wic is done b4 d first year of life. Sure oda sabi mamas wit info wil help

Steam inhalation,vitamin c syrup and feed well. No u don't nid the multivite as long as she's sucking well. Introducing formula and it's acceptance differs in children,don't relent. Sum babies don't take feeding bottle, they prefer spoon.
And sum children don't like sum formulas, so watch ur lo very well, u mite hv to chnage d milk

My dear,don't sweat it @ all,try to take one day @ a time,being a new mum can be overwhelming,hold off on formula for now and try nursing often(2 hrs)to Establish your milk supply,you can try mothers milk tea aswell,she doesn't need meds @all she is fine,sing and rock her when she cries, that might help to calm her down.Babies don't know the difference between night and day @ this stage, she would soon get the hang of it in a few weeks,be patient and ask God for strength daily to care for your bundle of joy.Congrats

I use cotton wool with moko glycerin for babies and it does the magic. note u will wrap the cotton on your finger before dipping into the glycerin bottle so that u can get to the corners of your lo's mouth. hope this helps
