The mention didn't show, I have slowed down on burpees not cos of my belly sef but I have minimal upper body strength now, can barely crank out three.

Its a pathetic sight aswearcheesy


Been off since december, didn't have an easy pregnancy, I'm prone to nausea & dizziness so didn't form voltron.

@mideol,

Your goal is achievable but change the 5mths to 12mths for sustainability purpose..

& can you change sit ups to push ups? Situp is not only useless, it damages the low vetebrae & hip flexors... Planks are better...

Weight, I'm taking it easy cos my belle isn't very strong yet & i no wan dage nothing... but was almost in tears at around 11 yesterday cos of hunger cry cheesy, incompatible is dieting & Bfing... embarassed

I have gained more than enough, you need a visual to feel major pity for me!!

I have been doing the 5-2 diet and got positive results. I have hit the dreaded plateau recently and am trying the 24 hour fast now. sometimes a shock to the system triggers resumption of weight loss

I'm back & happy to say my stitch spot doesn't hurt anymore, returned to the motor today after one week to allow everything to get back in normal..

I managed to do 3 successful push ups today, yay me grin... but I'm coming to the realization that road work is the only way to scorch this fat quickly!!

Hitting the road is a surefire way to speed things up. Best way is build up to it..I used c25k each time.

Yest went for brisk walk for 60mins. Lots of uphill terrain. Nice feeling in my hammies and glutes this morning.
Sadly it's raining today so no outdoor action for me. I love being in the open air as it clears my head and kids are on half term so everyone is in my space...

Foodwise: low carbing. Enuf bread and rice causing it's own palava so giving it a wide berth.

Today I put my money where my mouth is & did 25 mins of slow run +brisk walk, its not a play play sontin. cheesy

Hopefully will do 30mins tommorrow!!

I have a goal of 6kg by 20th of Dec & sure to regain 2 back cos we are travelling for xmas & won't be able to keep a strict schedule....

Okay, before now, I used to attend aerobics classes, but I haven't in a while because our instructor had issues with the studio apartment owner.

Also, I stopped eating at night...after 6pm and that really worked for me, though it seems to me I'm slipping back into the old habit.
I just couldn't resist beans and plantain last nightembarassed I love beans a lot. I think it has to do with the fact that Mr Visitor is coming.

As touching my regime, I've been erratic with my sessions, but I'd normally do skips, jumping jacks, crunches and situps.
I recently introduced planking, but I have an ish with concentrating.

Any help/motivation you and anyone here can render is welcomesmiley

First, DO YOU REALLY HAVE THE MENTAL STRENGHT? cos it is HAAAAAAAARRRRRRDD but it is WORTH IT.

Scratch that Aerobics class thing, it makes one co dependent & stunts growth since y'all must be on the same schedule & different body types require different approaches, moreover starvation isn't a long term, what happens when you start eat normally like you should without even binging?..

Effective & Efficient weight "maintainance" is a personal journey, losing is the EASIEST part, maintaining is the most difficult...

Is your neighbourhood conducive to running?


Apart from safety issues, streets where cars are parked by the roadside are not easy to Manoeuver for runners / walkers...

We need to know the limitations 1st before designing a programme that will get the job done ..
